I wish I had found My Cleaning Lady sooner!! After living in the same apartment for a couple years now, dust was starting to take over. I wanted to hire professionals to come in and do a good deep clean. I felt like I came home to a hotel. The place looked FANTASTIC!! I wont wait 2 more years to have them back :) The staff is extremely friendly and will answer any and all questions. I would highly recommend them! read more

I was so happy with my experience with My Cleaning Lady. I needed a service that could work around my specific needs and schedule and Ewa was wonderful at helping me accomplish that. The (2) women that came to my home at 8:00am on a Saturday were amazing and proffessional. I scheduled a "deep clean" and when they were finished i was blown away. They even conquered my dreaded glass shower doors! Crystal clear!! I will absolutely use them again. read more

Eva is so charming to talk with, and every crew she sends to my house is fast, thorough and totally non-judgmental. I'm a teeeeeeeeny bit of a hoarder, and they make my mess into nice piles, which makes it easier to let go and keep tidy. Sometimes 2 girls, sometimes 3, they really seem to get my place squeaky clean. read more

Wish I could give 0 stars. I've had to his company for years and with the recent switches and inconsistency of staff they were able to steal 5 jewelry pieces from me. When I called to let them know they never called me back. Completely disappointed in this service that I trusted. I will be finding a new company. read more

My Cleaning Lady makes workers work 12 to 13hr shifts with no breaks, no lunch time, no overtime. They reuse swiffer dusters for at least 3 to 4 places. Then they wash them. They dilute the glass cleaner so it leaves streaks and particles and the vacumn they use is dirty and taped up as nd the attachment does not even go with the vacumn. Sometimes when it is getting late the crews will skip alot of cleaning like ceiling fan with visible dust and mop the house with the same dirty water. The crews eat food from houses if left out and the company does not provide protective gloves when cleaning toilets. They reuse white washcloths to clean toilets in other houses so they just transport germs.they use the same dirty mop head throughout the day, just rinsing it off. And to cut corners they use orange oil on everything to make it look shiny. read more

Never will I trust another cleaning service again! Thanks GOD I found My Cleaning Lady out of Clifton, NJ (rather, my husband did). Ewa is a pleasure to work with and the cleaning ladies and extremely thorough and punctual. They do use all their own supplies but will use your cleaning supplies if you ask them to. They do include any deep cleaning service you ask them to (but you have to specify and work out the details regarding rates and all). Overall I found them to be very professional, courteous and thorough. Extremely wonderful to have the house deep cleaned every two weeks. read more

We've been very happy with My Cleaning Lady and have been using them for about a year. The ladies are courteous, accommodating, and do a good job. The office manager, Eva is very attentive to requests, and is good at communicating any last minute changes to schedules. read more

Had my first deep cleaning and they did a very good job. Missed two things (on top of fridge and some cobwebs) but otherwise not that bad. I may use them biweekly. read more

Every time they are scheduled to come to clean my home, 4 bedroom, 3 bath colonial, it is a different crew. I need to explain everything to them and what needs to be done. They charge a different price each time they come and the house is not even clean. They do not use a soap based water or cleaner to mop the floors, all they use is a bucket of water used throughout the house, which is dirty by the time they come into the kitchen. They do not clean the corners or the ceilings which has cobwebs on them or dust the ceiling light fixture. They are here just over an hour for the size of my home. The cleaning crew is not friendly and they do not clean the top of the tiles or fixtures in bathrooms. I would not recommend this to anyone who is looking for a good cleaning service. I am disgusted by their service and cleaning ability which a child could do. The baseboards in our home still have dust on them and after speaking numerous times to the owner about the issues she has not fixed the problem. We have requested to never use them again and no one should either. They did not even take the trash with them and left it at our home. This is a disgusting way to come into a home and clean it. A disappointment all around. Do not use them and do not think the positive reviews are true. They are all the same on all sites which proves they are not true reviews. Do not use this service read more

We are a few single guys, so we know a house can get a bit...well, messy. We couldn't live without the My Cleaning Lady crew. I've had cleaning services in the past, but they are by far the best I've ever had an experience with. Highly recommended. read more

The team arrived two hours late, the service was expensive and the cleaning mediocre at best. I tried to contact them to discuss the problems but no response. I was very disappointed. read more

Everyone at my Cleaning Lady is super friendly! I have been using My Cleaning Lady for over 3 years now and would recommend their services to all my friends and family. I get my house cleaned every 2 weeks and the ladies always show up on time and take very good care of my house. I completely trust them to take care of my home. I would definitely recommend My Cleaning Lady to anyone looking for great customer service and thorough cleaning. They also have done deep cleaning for my home after I moved and it turned out amazing! They're always running specials as well! read more

I had My Cleaning Lady to my house a few times to clean and I wasn't too impressed. I always cleaned my house myself, but wanted to try a cleaning service to see if they could do a better job than I did. I also wanted to spend my weekends relaxing rather than cleaning! I live in a duplex and mainly use the upstairs for storage, so I called My Cleaning Lady to come clean the downstairs level of my house. I always spoke to Eva on the phone and she is very pleasant and accommodating. I would ask her to figure out when the cleaning ladies could come on a Saturday and she always made that happen. What I really didn't like was the inconsistency in staff. All three times I used My Cleaning Lady, they sent different ladies to clean. I asked Eva why this was and she said it was because the staff rotate doing Saturdays. I was looking to see the same ladies come each time so I didn't have to explain everything to new people each time. My other big issue is their pricing. They charge a certain amount per hour, per cleaning lady they send. The downstairs of my house is only four rooms and they would send two ladies to clean each time. This REALLY added up and I think the ladies took their time cleaning because they knew I was being charged by the hour. It ended up costing me a fortune each time, so I stopped asking them to come. My house was never very dirty and it shouldn't take two people two hours to clean four rooms. I may use this company again in a pinch, but I've been cleaning my house myself these days. read more

It was not a great experience for me... I was moving in to a new apartment and had the ladies to do a move-in cleaning for me. The apartment looked already clean from the naked eye before I moved in so I left the apartment for the ladies to do their job for two hours. They told me they would clean everything. When I came back I didn't do a thoroughly checkup and paid them. It was not until afterwards that I found out they didn't do a "thoroughly job" as they claimed they would do: there were yellow stains on the shades, a penny left on closet floor..., etc. I could only assume they thought the apartment already look clean so didn't really do anything..........which I hope not the case. Word of advice: do a thoroughly checkup before you pay the ladies!!! read more

I have been using this service for a few years now and am very satisfied with the company. Very caring nice people that do a wonderful job to keep their customers happy! I would definitely recommend. read more

I was very happy with the service I received. The girls were very nice & did a great job & took very good care of my house & all my items & furniture. They use their own cleaning supplies but will use your own if you request it. Their prices are excellent & they are punctual. Ewa is a pleasure to work with, she is very accommodating & very patient; I had 100 questions the first time I called & she answered every single one without an attitude. I had a bad experience with my previous cleaning service so I am very happy I found My Cleaning Lady because they did a great job & are great to work with, unlike my previous cleaning service. I would highly recommend My Cleaning Lady to anyone looking for a reliable & efficient cleaning service. read more

I'm not one to write reviews but don't waste your time with this company. They quoted me two hours. They finished half of my 1,100 square foot house in that time. Not even a bathroom cleaned nor kitchen finished. Appliances weren't even wiped down, cabinets not wiped, dust in places, floors not cleaned well. Overall I had to clean the house for an hour after they left. When I called to discuss I was told they don't know the condition of your house. This might be true but my house is very clean to begin with, nothing on the floor or in their way. It was a straight forward job and I could have done a lot more in two hours by myself. Avoid hiring if you really want your house cleaned. Waste of money and time. read more

I have no complaints at all!! This service has been cleaning my house for over 10 years and I have a great relationship with all of them. They are not perfect, but if you don't like something, just tell them and they will absolutely do their best to fix it on all levels! If you expect perfection, then clean your own house! I would absolutely recommend them!! read more

I've been using this company for 2 years. I should have switched to another one earlier. The performance of the maids are very inconsistent, some of them are good and some of them are very bad. The company claimed that they have insurance, so if the cleaning group damaged any of the items in your house, they would compensate, but this is not true. One time the cleaning lady made a big scratch on my hardwood table, they said they would send a professional carpentry to fix it but they ended up sending a receptionist Thomas from the company to fix it. Of course, the scratch was still there and i didn't get any compensation...I let it go that time but then later on they also damaged my wall and my floor. They have problem to show up on time(either 45 mins early or 45 mins late). One time i told them that they didn't come on time and they told me no, it's not their problem and they ended up left at the scene. I was so shocked. So i decided to terminate the service with them. I would not recommend this place to anyone, of course, if you don't mind someone damage your floor, countertop and wall, go ahead and use their service. I regreted for not terminating their service earlier. read more
