Cute little sweet shop located in the basement along Main Street. The tables and chairs for dining are a mix of colors and styles, and it works! Brigadeiro's are little balls of fudge but much less sweet, which makes them better than fudge! There are many, many flavors but our favorite was the salted caramel. Also ordered the chocolate layered cake. The cake felt and tasted like commercial box cake, but the frosting was light and delicious. Overall, a good combination. And they give you a pretty decent portion. The WORST item on the menu is their Almond Marzipan cookie. SUPER DRY. Don't order this. read more

I'll explain the reasoning here and reply step-by-step to your accusations. First: No, you were NOT WEARING MASKS. Please go ahead and check the security footage for November 25, 2020 afternoon. You, the salesgirl and the guy who wrote on the cake were not wearing masks at that time. THIS IS A LIE! Second: When my wife and I showed up, it was 4:55pm. First thing we asked, "we know we are late, can we still discuss a cake theme or should we come back another time?" and you literally said, "don't worry about time, we usually accommodate our customers". Then the next sentence from my wife's side was, " thank you so much. We love your cakes, brigadeiros and always use this bakery for special occasions". Then, you spent 15 minutes, not 30 with us. YOUR ACCUSATION IS BASELESS. YOU APPROACHED THE SITUATION VERY VERY COMBATIVELY INSTEAD. I AM SHOCKED AT YOUR CONSTANT LIES THROUGHOUT THE RESPONSE. My wife was quite polite and discussing the options. You tried nothing but made faces when you quoted a themed cake price for just changing the color of butter cream that you use on a normal cake. The first time when my girlfriend got a chocolate cake and gave it to me, I was totally shocked by its rich flavor. I would say it's the best chocolate cake you can find in Upper Valley! Not to mention it's collection of hand made chocolates . Everything tastes so good. The owner Paula is so friendly and helpful. It is now my favorite bakery store in Upper Valley. This is one of worst customer service experiences I have ever had with a store of any kind. I sent a Valentine's Day package of chocolates to my student at Dartmouth College. When I placed the order, they said it would be no problem to deliver to the College mailbox center. The mailbox center did not accept the package and my student never received the package which was disappointing in and of itself. When I called to complain, they were rude and not helpful. After much prompting, they offered to text my student. This never happened. I just called for a refund and they refused. These people are dishonest and crooks. DO NOT FREQUENT THIS ESTABLISHMENT. I normally like the cupcakes at My Brigadeiros and have been recommending them to friends. However, I have to lodge a complaint. I recently ordered a dozen cupcakes that I wanted to serve for a birthday on Wednesday morning. I picked them up a day before (Tuesday afternoon at 1 pm) and specifically asked that the cupcakes be made fresh that morning. Alas, when I went to serve them on Wednesday (at 8:45 am), the cupcakes were stale. They tasted like they were at least three days old, definitely not fresh. This was very disappointing not only for my guests but also for the shop since my guests are going to think that is the kind of cupcakes that My Brigadeiros serve. I have received My Brigadeiros for my birthday and have since sent them as gifts. They are like no other chocolates I have ever had. Truffle like candy with a wide variety of flavors...peanut butter crunch, ginger, pistachio, cappuccino, raspberry-lemon, toasted coconut...a flavor for everyone's taste!
