He is a kind and nice person, very informative and patient. Never once feeling rushed, his attentiveness is evident. Not only leading up to my surgery but also afterwards with my follow up. At my post follow up appointment, he was pleased to see my results and I am pleased with his work.

If you have a broken bone or ligament issue and our needing help right away this is not your place…read more I have been over two weeks wearing only a sling with no real answers on what is causing my pain, possibly elbow fracture or possibly ligament they have said. I was needing an MRI which is fine but I have now waited another week no call on MRI so I call my insurance and they have not heard from OCI at all, call the nurse she said she has not submitted paperwork yet and it would be another week for her to submit paperwork. Then another week or two before I would be in for the MRI. I am not ok waiting over a month to get help. I have removed myself as a patient and will go elsewhere to seek help. Just warning others dont waste your time when you are in pain and needing help quickly

First- in every health organization you will find good and awful care givers. They certainly have…read moremore good providers than bad. However communications here are very poor between patient and doctors. Recently the clinic asked all patients to sign up with an online system that requires one to verify all information including past residences, car buys, and current debt. I wasn't willing to do that, and therefore is causing a horrible experience trying to call in for prescription refills and visits. It's a bigger cluster "F" if you need to talk to a nurse. I was called back 2 months later from a neurologist's office because they didn't have enough staff (even worse as of Mar 24). **If you are looking for job, BEWARE of 2nd floor supervisor "Valerie" in procedures- I caught her reviewing a newbie's absences in front of patients and other employees and had decided to "talk" to HR. Lincoln, Il office has a very hostile nurse and doctor problem, in which patients are being fired.

As a disabled veteran, I sought care at Springfield Clinic Urgent Care because the VA could not…read moreprovide an appointment soon enough. The check-in process was excellent--I was registered and placed in an exam room before I could even finish my paperwork. I first explained my symptoms, injuries, and what caused them to the physician assistant. A few minutes later, Dr. Campbell entered and asked me to repeat everything I had just explained. After listening to my account, I was stunned when Dr. Campbell told me she would not document how or where my injuries occurred in my medical record. I repeated her statement back to make sure I understood correctly, genuinely surprised by what I was hearing. When I asked if she considered my explanation to be hearsay, she answered, "Yes." I was taken aback. Before leaving, I asked one final question: "Do you think I'm lying to you?" She did not respond, which only added to my disbelief. For context, I had recently been arrested following a minor physical altercation, and I believe my injuries occurred while I was in the custody of Springfield law enforcement and the Sangamon County Sheriff's Office. Regardless of the circumstances, I expected my physician to accurately document the history I provided, even if it was clearly identified as my reported account. Instead, I left shocked that such a critical part of my medical history was dismissed outright rather than recorded. While the staff was prompt and courteous at first, my interaction with Dr. Campbell left me with the firm belief that Springfield Clinic Urgent Care medical professionals do not care about disabled veterans. They also banned me from ever returning because I asked to speak to someone about Dr Campbell's overt disrespect while saying I've never experienced such disrespect like that as a military veteran.
