I was pleased to have a timely and approachable response. I can finally say I get excited to go to they gym and workout! I never knew working out could be so fun! He is professional, positive, and creative! These workouts are FUN! I never knew just how strong I was until he pushed me! He is extremely helpful as he shows how to do every exercise with great detail. Kyle is very knowledgeable with human anatomy and what muscles are being worked! He is understanding and shows great patience as I am new to work outs like this. You just know what someone really cares about your health and well being as much as you do! And Kyle shows it all! He encourages me and gives me great ideas and tactics on how to do these exercises alone in a safe manner. I am beyond impressed and recommend anyone wanting to reach out to do it!!! She has a…read moretrue passion, not only for fitness, but for understanding her clients--what they need as individuals and what they want as athletes. Under her guidance, from 2,000 miles away, I've seen consistent improvement in my strength and overall performance in the gym. Brit has helped me push through plateaus and achieve many of my current fitness goals. If I could stop eating like a wild animal who doesn't know when they will see their next meal, I could probably be doing even better, but hey, I have young kids so lay off me. But that's also the reason Brit is great. I have young kids and I don't have a lot of time to be in the gym or think about my program. Brit makes the programs easy to follow and understand. Through her app, everything is laid out for me. I don't even have to think about it until I get into the gym that day. Every week is scheduled in advance. She checks in routinely and is regularly asking for feedback on how the workouts are going. There is also a level of accountability which I love. Brit really is a champion and a motivator--even from a distance.

Her schedule is flexible and when I can't find a sitter she lets me bring my twins. She will even keep them distracted so I can get through the reps. Physically, I've lost 12lbs and gained enough muscle to pick up my twins, 30lbs each, at the same time! It took a lot of courage to show up for our first session but I'm very glad I did. Getting started postpartum was incredibly intimidating but I physically felt ready to try. For the Moms like me hesitating to get started I sent this to Sari about a month ago. "I reluctantly put on a pair of skinny jeans for the first time since giving birth to twins 3 years and they feel AMAZING!!! No more bulge.
