Intense conditioning is by far the best thing anyone ever could of told me about.. These last 4 months attending there have been so life changing. . Not only am I seeing the results I thought were not even possible but I look forward to going to class 3 times a week.. Marvin is an awesome trainer who loves to do what he does and it shows in his work. The routines are always different so the thought of not knowing what your walking into is always as intense as the first time going. He has so much knowledge on the body it feels good to know you have someone that cares just as much as you do about your transformation. I've done personal training sessions before at the gym I attended prior and they didn't compare not one bit.. I can actually say now I love to workout and I can not see myself anywhere else .. Where do I begin? I was invited to partake in a team-building event. To my surprise it was a 2 hour "Boxing" class. Or so I thought. Upon arrival I was greeted by Giovanni and Heidi. These two were amazing, with explaining each technique in a way "us" beginners would understand. Although I thought I was going to Intense Conditioning to learn how to jab, jab, uppercut, punch! Lol or something like that! I obtained a lot more knowledge about "Boxing" and being apart of a "TEAM". I enjoyed my 2-hour session because I was able to walk away with: There is no "I" in "Team" and in order for the operation to run, you have to CONNECT, and COMMUNICATE! Intense Conditioning is THE place to get in shape! Whether you are doing one of the group classes or a personal session, each workout is challenging and can be adjusted to your needs. Marvin motivates you and pushes you to push yourself. He knows what he is talking about and will make sure you are doing the exercises with proper form so you don't hurt yourself. I've been working with Marvin, the ower of Semper Fit, since before the launch of his business and have stayed with him because he works you hard and the way your body needs it-not the way the "mass" does. He brings originality to all of his work outs and hits all body parts and you never get bored or tired. He just makes you want to work harder each time you reach your goal. I've been doing HIIT/bootcamp style workouts on and off for a couple years, but this place takes it to another level. The workouts really push you. I can feel myself getting stronger every time I leave a class. The trainers are knowledgable and emphasize proper form and can help address any injuries or alignment issues.
