Worse staff ever. They're inconsiderate and rude. They have no concept of customer service. It's like dealing with dumb teenagers who have never had a job before and had parents who expected the government to raise their children. It's seriously that bad. It actually gets worse. Tried to workout today and my key fob didn't work in either door. The number they have to call if that happens no one answers and they don't call you back either. Worst club ever!!!

Clean gym with enough of each type of equipment that there is no need to wait. The staff at Dyer is also a 5/5 stars.

Fit Code - Dyer - One of the best decisions I've made in my life was to get motivated and lose some weight. I'm proud of this accomplishment!!!

Fit Code gets the job done. I have always been a runner. I started at Fit Code 5 years ago when I…read morebought a Groupon for 12 sessions. I was immediately hooked. I saw better results with this type of training. Incorporating weight training has really helped me become stronger. The trainers are friendly and knowledgeable. They are always concerned with proper form and technique, not how many reps or how heavy you are lifting. But if they know you can challenge yourself more, they will not be too shy to tell you. All the other members are very friendly and I have formed great friendships here. I have done several challenges, from Lean Jeans, 15 in 6 and 21 day detox, all with lots of success. I joined after my 3rd child was born and I struggled to lose body fat. I got done to my ideal weight and got pregnant with my 4th and last child. I am currently trying to shed that baby weight and learn how to make better eating choices and habits. My first 15 in 6, my youngest was only 6 months old and I lost 30 pounds in 2 rounds just in time for my 40th birthday. Unfortunately, life happens and I put that weight back on. I recently concluded a 15 in 6 challenge and was able to lose 16 pounds. I plan on continuing the diet on my own and will continue to attend classes 5 days a week. I have done strength class for over 2 years now and I am addicted. New personal records this year under the personal guidance of Dr. Ryan Gawron. He continues to challenge me beyond my comfort zone and he has shown me that I can do more at 42. Age is nothing but a number in his eyes. I highly recommend this gym. I have had plenty of other memberships. This is the one gym that I am excited to go to everyday. Take a chance on yourself, you will not be disappointed!

I immediately joined, results are still coming in. This place is my new home, I look forward to having some where to go, and love the coachs and other members. I have finally realized I'm strong enough to do this, and loving every minute of it.

I agreed to try the free first class so I could see what my friend had been doing to lose so much…read moreweight. I promised myself that I wouldn't buy a package, because I was already a member of another gym where I had a 2 year contract. Instead, I loved the first class so much that I signed up within a matter of days! The atmosphere is very neat and clean, the lighting is lower than most gyms (which I like because I always feel gross when I work out)...there is enough structure to guide you through each workout yet you can go at your own pace so it literally can work for anyone (big or small, young or old). Everyone I have met there is SO nice, and the workouts kick your butt! On top of that, it's really fun to watch your heartrate throughout the workout and to see yourself gaining points. Matching your physical success to your mental success was pretty powerful for me because there were times in the past I really thought I was 'giving it my all' and I have come to find out that I was holding back. I would recommend OrangeTheory to anyone interested in trying it...what do you have to lose when the first class is free?

I was a member of this gym for about 6 months…read more The good- I did like the workouts. I'm not a runner and I liked that it motivated me to run. It's not like just run for 10 minutes..they have various programs and you can power walk or jog/run. The strength was on a screen and you would be at a small area and do your workouts with people very close to you. The bad- While some people think this is great, It came off to me as fake. They will remember your name but nothing else about you. It's almost like they have your picture in a back room and make the staff memorize it. That is the vibe I got. Every coach and front desk staff knew my name but couldn't remember that I'm a single mom on a very tight schedule and could only make it to the classes in the middle of the day. Which brings me to the reason I actually quit... I could only come on my lunch break and it was a struggle with traffic to get there on time. I had originally signed up as there was a 4pm class on Fridays and when my son started preschool in September I would be able to go to a class after work and then be able to pick him up by 5:30. So after racing out my door on my lunch break and racing home I was looking forward to this time slot. Once September rolled around and I could benefit from this time slot it was gone AND around that same time I showed up 6 minutes late to a class that was not full but told I couldn't go in because I was late BUT they could get me into a later class. My response was a sigh and I can't make it to a 5:30 class because I have to go pickup my 3 year old son from daycare. I had been going to the same class time for 5 months. A friend of mine who coaches at another OTF told me due to their insurance policy they can't let in anyone five minutes late or over. Icing on the cake the next week I was there and they let an extra person into the strength class so they worked in a corner when there already isn't much room. Normally, I wouldn't care but I was still bitter because apparently rules only matter to certain people. Also when I was there the a/c was out for about a week in summer - not their fault but it was pretty uncomfortable and I swear they didn't dust the fan above the corner treadmill ever. I would avoid that treadmill like the plague because I felt like dust was falling all over me. AND be weary of all the super positive reviews, one month I was there you got an extra entry in some contest if you wrote a review and showed them. Back to the good- the coaches were pleasant. I liked some personality's better than others but there was no individuality to the classes so no matter who taught it the class would be the same. I did REALLY like the heart rate monitors and felt them very motivating. Overall, if you are looking for a place to be able to get in and out and not think about your own programming and the schedule works for you, I'd recommend.
