You can't enjoy the therapy pool alone because the pool piranha lacks attention and needs your constant validation. When management lacks the balls to use their authority properly, you end up with sacred cow staff members, laziness and a few angered members calling the shots over the majority. Classrooms and offices are on the main floor. There are outdoor playing fields, too, and they are huge. I have attended the Center in the morning, work-week hours. All ages attend. Very nice locker rooms. The employees are very helpful and friendly. Note: this is a community center, but if you are a Blue Cross-Blue Shield insured you may be able to enjoy the services offered by the Matteson Community Center at a greatly reduced cost. If you do qualify but are not a resident you will need to obtain a Community Center photo ID. (Check BC-BS' webpage for further information on their reduced cost memberships as well as the Community Center's webpage for information on their hours and contact information about when and how you can obtain a Community Center ID.)

We were informed that the necessary keys were unavailable at the time, which prevented us from completing our preparation. While that was disappointing, I hope processes can be put in place to ensure access is available for scheduled launch and project teams in the future. Better coordination would help avoid delays and allow everyone to make the most of their time on-site. I appreciate the staff who tried to assist us and hope the next visit goes much more smoothly.Be back mid July!

You cannot get a hold of Mr. Tudor, he is rarely at the club, he doesn't show up for drills he runs,he does not return phone calls or responds to emails. Park Forst Tennis Club needs new management who cares about its members.
