On the day of the event, Chef Memo and his team arrived right on time and seamlessly converted our home kitchen into a prep station to finish and plate the dinner, which was served outside. They handled a few last-minute schedule changes with total ease. The entire staff was exceptionally kind, helpful, and attentive throughout the night. I don't want you to work my event. I don't want you to come to my house. All I want to do is purchase some sides before Thanksgiving like a heat and serve option a week prior and that's what I'm trying to schedule, is this something you can do. I explain that in my last email and now I've been ignored for several hours when the previous emails went back-and-forth almost like text messages so I'm either gonna get the excuse I'm busy and couldn't get to your email but it doesn't matter.
