From the moment we stepped aboard, everything exceeded our expectations. The yacht was immaculate, spacious, and luxurious, perfect for a day of relaxing, celebrating, and making memories on the water. What truly made the experience special was the crew. They were absolutely phenomenal, friendly, professional, and incredibly attentive to every detail. They anticipated our needs before we even had to ask and made sure everyone, from the kids to the adults, felt completely at ease and pampered the entire time. A huge thank you to Alec, who was an incredible host from the start. His communication was clear, prompt, and thoughtful throughout the entire booking process. He made planning so effortless and ensured everything ran smoothly, allowing us to just show up and enjoy. We've done charters before, but this one was truly next level. ​We paid Aleczander Añez in full for a jet charter service which included two flights. They were not completed and we found out the jet promised was never actually booked, even though he had promised it had and only let us know the exact same day of the flight that there were plane malfunctions. It has now been over two months, and despite numerous promises to issue a refund, we have yet to receive our money back, instead we have received endless nonsense excuses ranging from bank issues, family problems and so on many have heard as well. This altogether means he planned this from the beginning and it is outright fraud. We have documented proof of these interactions and will pursue legal action and criminal charges. A lot of the good reviews here are not real, and we have proof of that as well. His father, Roberto Añez also acts with criminal nature and malicious intent. Seems like its the entire family whom are very dishonest and can never fulfill a promise. Two weeks ago, my partner and I, along with two other couples, rented a 40' Van Dutch from MWC Charters, and it was hands-down one of the best experiences we've had in Miami. From start to finish, everything was seamless. Alec made the booking process incredibly easy and trustworthy, super professional and responsive. He even surprised us with a complimentary bottle of champagne, which was such a thoughtful touch and really set the tone for the day. Captain Rob was an absolute legend. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable and skilled, but he also made sure everyone felt comfortable and had a great time. Chill, personable, and made the whole experience feel effortless. We cruised to Seaspice, where we had dinner onboard the boat, docked right there such a cool experience. Then we cruised back to our house, enjoying the skyline and music along the way. I'm writing to warn others about a deeply frustrating experience with MWC Charters and Aleczander Áñez. My friends and I booked a private boat charter for May 11th, paying $5,500 in advance. Just a few days before the scheduled trip, we were told it was being canceled due to "weather concerns"--despite no signs of bad weather in the forecast. We were told a full refund would be issued, which seemed fair at the time. However, weeks have gone by and we still haven't seen a refund. Instead, we've received excuse after excuse--claims about banking delays, transaction issues, and even fake proof of payments. It's become obvious that this is not just disorganized business--it's intentional deception. Aleczander has failed to follow through on multiple refund promises. We've now been forced to escalate the matter and are exploring legal options to recover the money. Please be cautious. If you're considering working with MWC Charters or Aleczander --DON'T.
