I ask if i can smoke my vape in the sprinter the answer is no which was understandable, after that i asked if blue tooth can be hooked up , the driver Ronald couldn't get neither i phone 15 to hook up to the blue tooth out of 6 passengers - now ok scratch that so i asked can we turn on the tv - Tv wasn't working i then told Ronald to talk with his boss and let him know the tv isn't working ( for the future ) OMG Ronald got very sassy with me i felt like my life was in danger he was talking with his hands off the wheel I most definitely had to ask about 3 times can he put his hands back on the wheel if he's looking out for the passengers safety, the way he was carrying on you would think he paid 180.00 for a 45 min drive with no perks from the company such as bluetooth or tv privileges , The way Ronald acted out was so unprofessional I literally had to ask him to stop talking to me ! He had me feeling so uneasy before I boarded my cruise , I travel a lot and always use transportation services even from different countries i have never been treated like this and never not been able to use features that can help make my experience with your company great - this was the response from the owner after i explained to him about the tv and remote and I also let him know that the features was one of the reasons i booked with the company.... There's a remote control you use. This is not an hourly service you are paying for this is a simple port transfer the rate is for a big vehicle bigger than an SUV FyI the uber on the way back for all 6 passengers was 53.00 in a newer Suburban with led lights working features and a driver who made sure his passengers were safe ! I have text messages , videos ,and pics to back up this horrible experience i had with this company ! Good Luck if you book with them !

I booked four trips for our entire vacation: airport to hotel, hotel to cruise terminal, cruise terminal to hotel, and finally hotel to airport. Greg, the owner, was always right on time and very personable. The vehicles were always pristine, very comfortable, and well stocked with amenities. We were also dealing with mobility challenges and they were accommodated with ease. Greg was WONDERFUL. The service was excellent. I highly recommend this company (family owned and operated) and will use them if ever I need a car service. BTW, Greg is connected with other services all over the country and he can help outside the south Florida area.

When the counter opened the check in was a breeze I had time to have breakfast. The service and the facilities were good. Check it out!

For an airport this big, it doesn't overwhelm you like many large airports. It was easy to navigate, easy to give baggage claim and easy to meet my brother in law who was picking us up. The baggage claim area was spacious and not overly crowded, the concourse was wide and the signage was clear. Great arrival experience.

They gave us 3 choices: 1) full refund, 2) could depart the next day once the new part arrived and was installed, or 3) they offered us a more expensive (44% more!) jet for our planned itin. Given that we couldn't delay or cancel our trip, they kinda had us "over a barrel" and we had to shell out a ton more money to make this trip happen. Would I use them again? Yes. Just be read the fine print and make sure you have a back-up plan in case you find yourself in a similar situation.

We have used other private jet memberships regularly before and never experienced anything so ridiculous or horrendous. Monarch didn't realize there was no plane until we were already at the airport. We didn't manage to fly out until 6 hours AFTER our initial departure time. Then they sent us a plane with no operating oven so basically no meal for the kids. The plane also had some kind of mechanical issue (APU not working) that was never resolved. Completely unacceptable and even subpar to the commercial experience. Please stay far far away from this company if you need anything mildly reliable.

Our driver did not have the car (not a limo) at baggage pickup. We had to drag our own luggage across the parking lot to the parking garage. This is where it gets interesting. He couldn't find the car. We dragged our luggage up & down 3 floors, back & forth across each floor. He finally found it & so we continued to the hotel. We were late for our dinner reservation so we made the best of it. He was very prompt taking us to the airport & there were no snags at all. Now what really got me was that the company had the b*lls to charge me for parking in the garage AND tolls to/from the airport on top of the pre paid charge. I got $4 off the parking charge for my "troubles" at the airport. I tried to contact them & no response. I hope they understand I will be writing reviews on EVERY SINGLE TRAVEL COMPANY WEBSITE. The driver screwing up was one thing (we're all human), but the company not caring about it at all REALLY hacked me off.
