He called the moving company for me and coordinated moving of all furnitures and other content so proper restoration job can be performed. His team did a a excellent restoration job and all his equipments were in top condition. It happened late on a Friday, and Jonathon was the only one of several companies who responded that evening, coming all the way across DFW to see what needed to be done. He and his team were very professional and informative; we learned a whole lot about how water can seep into areas you'd never expect. After completing inspection, he took the extra time to go over the remediation plan and was there bright and early Saturday morning with his team to set up drying/evaporating equipment and fans and remove sheetrock, baseboard, and affected floors (again, informing us every step of the way). Two days later, they were back for final inspection and to remove equipment (not that we want to have future water leaks, but if we do, we will definitely use Legend).
