The cashier was attentive and answered all our questions. Frongisco arranged to have both vehicles cared for in a four-hour window and the work was completed precisely on time. One, a car, is 30 years old and the other, a pickup truck, is 29 years old. Mr. Edwin Soto and a female worker (whose name I am sorry that I missed) set right to work on both vehicles. Could not have asked for more. Their hard work and care is clearly evident and we plan to repeat this process next year. Well done, vehicle specialists at Flagship Car Wash! I pay $42/month for the ability to wash my car daily in their automatic process but the line is usually out to the road to where I can't even wash my car. Once you get through the line to wash, there's another line to use the vacuums and spot dry your car. Half the time, there aren't any towels in the clean towel bin and you have to walk to another station to find one. The other day, there were no clean towels at all....none. The lady next to me trying to take care of her car was asking for a representative as she had a baby in her car that she couldn't leave. The car typically comes out clean although the tires need some extra help despite tires being part of the automated process. As part of the wash, they offer vacuum, towels, glass cleaner, and compressed air. I pay $25 for the Deluxe one time service to take my wife's car through the wash and be able to detail it. Her car doesn't show dirt as much as my white car, nor does she drive it as much which is why I pay for the monthly service.

They ruined the inside panel of my car during a wash and then tried to claim it was already damaged when I dropped it off. That was not the case. If it had been damaged beforehand, shouldn't they have pointed it out or made a note of it before taking the car? They initially acted like they were going to make it right by giving me their insurance company's information. I called the insurance and filed a claim, only to find out the owner told the insurance company that the car was damaged when I arrived. The insurance then asked me to provide pictures of the car before the damage. Why would I have pictures of something that wasn't damaged? It was clear at that point that We Care Autowash had no intention of taking responsibility from the start. Their behavior was dishonest and completely unprofessional. It's one thing for accidents to happen. It's another to lie to your customer and to your insurance company to avoid accountability. We Care Autowash has shown me that they do not care about their customers, their integrity, or doing the right thing. Avoid this place at all costs unless you want to deal with damage and zero accountability afterward.
