I would completely understand if there was a question of my being underage but there wasn't (I have wrinkles and grey hair), and the attitude was a shrug and 'sorry there's nothing we can do without ID". They have the discretion to serve someone they know is not underage, I very rarely get ID'd anywhere anymore and this struck me as completely ridiculous. So I am taking my business up the street to Dolan's - they have a better selection anyway. And I had my ID in my bag the whole time... so frustrating. Terrible customer service!
