Yesterday I went with my husband to look at the mowers thinking that I was window shopping. Decided to try to get financed just for kicks and giggles and was approved immediately and was shocked. The customer care there is awesome. They were very helpful. The process was quick but thorough. They were very, very helpful and I highly recommend them. Even if you think there's no chance you'll get financed, try it. You'll be surprised. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you, outdoor equipment and staff. I knew exactly what I wanted when I went in and that's exactly what I got.

When we were lied to by Tracy (parts manager) about the parts being on "back order" -- BTW I personally called Graveley's corporate office and spoke with parts and they said that both parts were available and could be shipped out that day, I called back to Tracy and was referred to Dave. Dave said that their system might state "back order" on the parts even if they were actually in store. He took over the case and found that the parts were actually in store and had the mower repaired and returned to us within an additional seven days. We started it up and immediately had the same problem with it. We called Dave and he said that he would call us back. Having received no phone call, we drove it over to the Conroe location on August 28 (having to rent a truck as usual to do so) and when we arrived were told that the owner had decided that he didn't like our review on the internet and that they would no longer work on our mower. Classy. What a professional move. If you can't fix it, just decide to shuck off the problem to another company. Not a problem Dave. Not at all. Quite frankly it was too much trouble to deal with an unprofessional, lying, group of staff who wouldn't answer the phone (BTW they do have caller ID so if you become a "problem" don't be surprised if nobody answers :) !)

I called to order a couple of parts for my Kubota zero turn. The gentleman told me one part would…read morebe there in a day or two but the other part would take 7 days to get to them. I decided to wait until both parts were there before I drove up there to pick them up since I live 45 minutes away. I even called twice with in that week to check status. After 7 days I called and they informed me one of the parts was on back order but they had the part at their spendora location, and would take another 3-4 days to get it to the Conroe location. It seems the communication is poor. Just be aware of having them special order anything for you.

When returning it, we also had our generators on the truck that had failed and we were taking for service. The owner of North Main Tool Rental got out his propane tank and started them both (while standing in the hot sun and sweating)! They ran perfectly. He explained that sometimes when you hook up a propane tank they can get an air gap and that keeps them from starting. He said you simply turn off the tank unscrew the connection, you'll hear a hiss, hook it back up and it should work. May God bless he, his family and his business! He probably saved us a pile money for uneeded repair fees!

When I…read morepicked it up, they loaded on a trailer, unloading it the trenching bar (digging part) had bent the handle on the trailer jack. When I returned, was told when they replaced the trailer jack, they put it in the wrong sport (right where the blade goes). The handle still functioned and could have been straightened with a pair on channel locks. Went to check out and staff gets a call from Jimmy (the owner I think), instructs them to charge me $125 for a $20 replaceable handle. As I said, unfortunate...straight to a 1 star
