We took advantage of the $199 special which would cover the tinting of the doors and the 1/2 back window not already tinted by Tesla. I opted for the hyper-ceramic at an additional cost of ($100). Still, $299 total was a much better price point than the $450 I was getting at other places. On the way home, I noticed some bubbling. I returned the next morning to have the bubbles removed/repaired. The staff was good about explaining the difference between water bubbles and air bubbles and taking care of the issue quickly. The only reason I'm giving this a 4 instead of 5 is because of the bubbling and need to return and because, they didn't clean up after themselves well, the windows are dirty and smudged.. it's a minor gripe (admittedly) but it's also an easy fix and something that the shop could be better at.

He showed up on time and was very specific and detailed on what would be needed. He confirmed what I expected, that the car would need lots of help to make it shine. He was understanding and helpful with my predicament. He knew his stuff, very knowledgeable and explained the process in detail.
