Finally he let us know its on backorder and promised to bring us a loaner the day before our event. He didn't show up. He didn't call. We had nothing and had to ask around to borrow one. Ryan is a nice guy, a great musician, but a lousy business owner with 0 customer service. I suggest you go there only if you have no time limits.
