On June 5th 2019 at approx. 11:15am, I called the collections number due to a balance on my account after my card was expired and I was unaware since I moved.
I spoke with a representative Gwen ID number 1144 who was rude, short, abrupt, and unprofessional during the call. She was not friendly at all. She asked me to confirm my address which I did. Once she updated the payment and I told her that my address changed, she said " That's why I asked you to confirm your address earlier". I said "well I confirmed my current address but the letter will be forwarded so that's ok". I then said "Did you wake up on the wrong side of the bed this morning because you are very rude"? To which she said "I just got you out of collections, this is not customer service". I said I would like to talk to another customer service rep and she sarcastically said " Have a great day, byyyyeeeee". I have never in my life been spoken to that way from anyone from collections or customer service. I am renting a flute for my daughter which I pay 40 some odd dollars a month to be treated that way. It is unacceptable, unprofessional and intolerable for anyone to endure on a call. I will be sending this letter to corporate and will be putting an review out there for everyone to see regarding this encounter. read more
