Dr. Price and his assistant were very thorough in taking pictures, examining, and explaining where our teeth were out of alignment and gave us realistic expectations for how long it would take and what limitations we might each face. I called London Dental Care at their opening on Monday morning. They bent over backwards to get me in right away, even in view of their already busy schedule. Every year they work with me to get the most out of my dental insurance provider for services rendered and update my care plan on a need first basis. Today we were met with an oversized load in front of us traveling at 40 miles per hour in our normal 55 mph lanes, causing us to be 5 minutes late to our two appointments. My children stopped to hold the door for a women in a wheelchair entering another office and then proceeded to Dr. Gregg's office. one child immediately headed to brush his teeth, the other child waited for me to approach the desk. We were denied our appointment at 2:08, even with showing Aviree the photo of the oversized load. Our choices were to wait 3 hours to be seen or reschedule another day off work and out of school. You could have shown more grace today.

Throughout our visits, we had to go back multiple unscheduled times for brackets breaking and different issues with her braces, often having her "shamed" because of her not following proper care when she absolutely did. Nonetheless, after a couple years she got her braces off and got a permanent and nighttime retainer. A little over a year later, her top retainer was broken on her top tooth. Today, they would replace ONLY after a $200-300 cost. After a year. This should not happen in such a short amount of time and if it does, it should be covered. I have permanent retainer on still after 25+ years. The policy is only after a year will they replace because "if they had it longer they would have to cover everyone." If it is done well and correctly- that wouldn't be an issue because no one would need it done. There are so many friendly people who work there and yes, we are always greeted with a smile, however, our experience with the quality and integrity of the actual braces and coverage has been very disappointing.

I got my braces here and they were fine, then i got my permanent retainer put in. After a few…read moremonths my top retainer broke without notice. When my teeth shifted back i went to the same ortho to get it fixed and they quoted me another couple thousand to fix my teeth that had shifted back after the retainer they put on me broke. They told me i would need braces AGAIN, so i left and never went back. It's just a waste of time money and supplies.
