I'm a happy patient of Dr McDougall. Yes, you read that correctly,I like my dentist! I always leave her office feeling happier than when I went in! Her office staff is professional, kind and funny. I appreciate the thoroughness of everything they do from the initial visit to the final wrap-up. My preferences were noted and respected from the very first visit. Dr McDougall has a calm, friendly and extremely professional manner. In fact, the exams I have been given by her were the most thorough of any dental exam I have ever been given. Our family has had exams, x-rays, ( the equipment was quite up-to-date, which means smaller and more comfortable for you and me, the patients!) cavities filled,a tooth removed, and a crown procedure. Each of these were done after clear explanations and done with skill. I also enjoy the calming and contemplative piano music played in the office, it really does alleviate any anxious worries I may have about any upcoming dental procedures! read more

My wife and I have recently become patients of Dr. McDougall. After having been a patient of other dentists in the past, and not being satisfied with the treatment, I was pleased to find Dr. McDougall and her staff. They are AMAZING. I deal with a very high level of anxiety when dealing with needles. Dr. McDougall was so experienced giving injections I did not even feel the poke of the needle. She has such a great personality that you will automatically be calm. Her office staff is very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. If you are looking for a dentist who does not just see you as another number, Dr. McDougall is the one for you. I was surprised when she remembered topics that we had discussed multiple weeks prior to my last appointment. I have nothing but good things to say about this office and its staff. Must say, at 52...ish , I've finally found a dentist that I'm comfortable with, AND trust!! Dr McDougall and staff are like extended family. Really need to share chair experience. I'm scared to tears of the dentist (was). Tormented as a child by old school dentistry, found it difficult even for a cleaning. Best experience was recently. Needed two fillings. Yikes! Dr McDougall is incredibly fast and precise with the "drill" No kidding, one tooth drilled in what felt like just moments!!Pain free, comforting atmosphere. I WILL continue my care with this group. This practice completely changed my feelings toward going to the dentist! The atmosphere is welcoming and everyone working there is extremely friendly and beyond helpful. You truly feel cared for as a patient and not just shuffled in for another routine appointment. Dr. McDougall is wonderfully energetic and friendly while remaining professional and her team is the same way. The office is clean and well decorated and just the right size, no long hallways to get lost in! And you cant beat the free bubblegum chapstick ;) Highly Recommend! read more

I want to commend Morrow County Dental's office staff, expecially Kris.. She has been tenaciously working the past few months with my insurance company to pay their portion on several dental procedures my husband and I had done. She notified me via voicemail earlier today that my dental insurance company finally paid their portion. Dr. McDougall has been our dentist since she came to Morrow County. She genuinely cares about my family and our dental and orthodontic needs. She always asks my daughters about their lives and shows a caring interest in them personally and they look forward to going to the dentist. Her staff is friendly and professional.
