She was really kind and personable, and did a great job making sure you feel comfortable. I've had quite a few Brazilians already, but I would recommend her to anyone who's new to this and not ready to spend a fortune on European Wax Center. They made us fill out a form for covid related info and then we were taken into the room. We did a couples massage but for covid reasons we were not in the same room - not a big deal. The room was warm and the beds were heated. From the beginning my massage therapist was attentive and paid attention to all of the problem areas. She was thorough and I felt amazing afterwards. I had to wear a mask when I flipped over - which was fine and preferred for me - and she wore a mask and a face shield/goggles so I felt even safer. I'm no stranger to getting my hair dyed (I usually keep it red) but the amount of dye I had on my skin just reflected the lack of attention to detail. For the price point, I would've expected more. More everything: attention to detail, professionalism and a better ambiance. Won't be returning. If you want to spend an exorbitant amount of money on a mediocre haircut and dye job, go ahead. I wouldn't recommend this place to students in the area however. If you're looking for a balayage or highlights, you might have a better experience than I did (most of the pictures on their site are of those kinds of dye). They will make you start a report with the manager, the manager will speak to the owner, the owner will file a claim with an insurance company, and just when you think they will take care of you due to your injuries , a reputable insurance company will say that they filed the claim with them by mistake and will forward your case to another insurance company that will not do anything about it, a completely unprofessional company that will make you wait months in process, but they just want you to waste your time starting the claim again that their client is supposed to file, not you. They will not to anything to help you. This place is not save for anyone that is expecting a professional and healthy service. A 0 review will be too much for them. Definitely don't deserve 1 star.
