She was really kind and personable, and did a great job making sure you feel comfortable. I've had quite a few Brazilians already, but I would recommend her to anyone who's new to this and not ready to spend a fortune on European Wax Center. She's super attentive and made sure the temperature of the wax wasn't too hot by testing the temperature on herself and honestly, really appreciate it as I've gotten burned twice at other salons. They made us fill out a form for covid related info and then we were taken into the room. We did a couples massage but for covid reasons we were not in the same room - not a big deal. The room was warm and the beds were heated. From the beginning my massage therapist was attentive and paid attention to all of the problem areas. She was thorough and I felt amazing afterwards. I had to wear a mask when I flipped over - which was fine and preferred for me - and she wore a mask and a face shield/goggles so I felt even safer.
