I like the store and the ladies seem nice, for the most part. I have a hard time finding a bra to fit (28GG) and was looking for a plunge. They found one (after suggesting I may be wrong about my size) and it fit, somewhat. A bit looser than I like in the band but figured I could make it work. Called a few days later as my girls couldn't seem to stay in the cups. Asked what we could do to keep from the ole uni-boob from happening. The woman suggested maybe the bra didn't fit right to which I replied, "you fitted me for it." And then she suggested maybe I shouldn't move around as much. Wait, WHAT?!!? Thanks but with that type of customer service, I think my money is best spent elsewhere. read more

Love Muse!!! I went in recently and was helped by Andrea. She was wonderful! What I loved most was that she heard me and what I wanted and needed and didn't rush me, but also I didn't feel like she was just trying to "sell me" of items! Their items are more pricey, but WELL worth it!! 10/10 recommend and if she's there, ask for Andrea!! Also, a week after I went in, they sent me a letter and offered $$ off for the next time I'm in! I found this gem of a retail space for bras and intimates a few years. The staff really know how to measure and fit you for a bra. Unlike places at the mall. I will say you will spend more on a bra here than you do at the mall, but the bra itself will last you and they have a really big range of bra sizes. Unfortunately, I do not know the largest size that they go up to, but they carry brands that are known forvarying sizes. I am giving them a four for today's service. I was not exactly expecting the door to be locked at 5:40 when they close at six. I walked in the lady locked the door because she told me they had too many people being fitted and not enough staff to work the floor. I have worked retail and we never locked the door unless There was a safety issue. I am concerned that they lock the door too much now (or some staff do it). I'm not for sure but this actually might be against fire code. After I checked out, they locked the door five minutes before closing and turned off the lights and left. I'm still at shock because it's a nice store, and when I worked higher and retail. We were absolutely never able to close shop before closing time. read more

Thank you to the staff and especially Julia for making my prosthetic package pick up a great experience yesterday after my 3rd radiation appointment. It was great to get checked in and try on my delivery. Once I got home, I wrote a thank you letter to Santa and his elves after unpacking everything(if you ever want to see it, I am happy to share it) . You don't know how much of a blessing you are to women in my position. I am eternally grateful my surgeon's office put you in my path along this journey I am on. I will be keeping up with the selections(which are great) and making my wish list from what I see, as I progress in this journey to possible reconstruction down the road. I highly recommend these ladies for not only post mastectomy products and services but also everyday products as they have a wonderful selection in the non-mastectomy portion as well. My bra shop in OKC closed. I found that Muse carried the brand I love so up the turnpike we went. It's located in Utica Square tucked away in an angled area. There were people waiting for it to open on a Saturday and I felt like that was a good sign. We went in, fortunately the hubby doesn't feel uncomfortable in lingerie stores. Was greeted almost immediately, remember I said people were waiting for them to open so there were people ahead of us already shopping and being helped by a very knowlegable staff. I tried on bras from not only my favorite Elomi, but a french bra, which I bought as it was on sale and beautiful as was the fit. Sports bras that didn't smash the girls, it's on my wish list. As are more french bras on that wish list. I found out during my fitting that my bra specialist was Susie Q who owns/runs this beautiful place. I was so happy with my experience there and the selections and colors available that I will for sure drive up the turnpike again to shop there. They also keep your purchases in a data base so you don't have to remember what bras you bought and in what size so you can actually order them over the phone and they'll ship it to you. read more

I came here with my sister in-law for a bridal shower gift. They had a wide range of options, including UGG pajama sets, as well as other nice labels. The price range was fairly expensive, at or above what you would find at Victoria Secrets, however the quality, I believe matches the price. The owner came over and greeted us, informing the measurement process and gave us some nice ideas on what would be suitable for the specific person we were buying for, who happens to be pregnant. She also mentioned there were a few maternity wear pieces. She's was very lovely, as was this neat shop! read more

I love this store and the owner, Deborah! I have been shopping with them for years. Their personal service is amazing. They are very professional and will do bra fittings etc. if you want. Last year when my son was getting married, I needed help finding the right undergarments to go with certain dresses and they knew just how to help me. I use them for every day lingerie too, not just special occasions. They have very nice brands, at different price levels. Now I am hooked on their pjs. Got some super soft Uggs loungewear-pj's and cardigans (the cardigans are for streetwear too). I got an Uggs sweater dress that is really loungewear but Deborah told me she wears the dress out with everything. So now it is my favorite dress to throw over my yoga clothes or dress up with boots. She has become my stylist too! You must check out this place, they have great gifts too. I love Deborah's taste, this is one of my favorite stores. read more

I don't live in Tulsa, but I was here for the weekend when my bra broke! I stopped in here and had a great experience. I have a large bust and bra shopping can be frustrating because I don't often have a lot of options. That was not the case here! There were 10 options for me to try and ended up with two really great ones. They're the most comfortable ones I have had in a really long time. The customer service was awesome and the atmosphere was inviting and welcoming. I wish I lived closer, but I am tempted to make a special trip next time I need a new bra. They're worth it! read more

I love this place! I live in Chicago but I've tried numerous bra shops at home that didn't seem to know what they're doing so now I wait until we visit my husband's family in Tulsa if I need a bra fitting. They're very welcoming and knowledgeable, and they don't try to sell you on anything. Their number one concern is that you are wearing a well-fitting bra no matter what. Highly recommend! read more
