The four of us shared a number of appetizers and pizzas...meatballs with focaccia bread, ricotta with focaccia bread, king shrooms pie, Okanagan veggie pie and a double pepperoni pie. Each dish was carefully crafted, and all three pizzas had perfectly charred crust and a bevy of fresh toppings. There was barely a bite leftover at the end of our meal as we scarfed down every last morsel. Would most certainly return here if in the are again.

Caputo flour, San Marzano tomatoes, etc. You can buy a small or large bag of Caputo flour there. Both the Casesar salad and Bufala Arugula salad were really good. I liked the Casesar better but others like the Bufala better. All the pizzas were really good. Great thin crispy and chewy crust. The margherita is classic. My favorite was probably the Americano. Others liked the Carne-Val. It had a little kick to it. The primavera was good but probably my least favorite. The chef said he is in preparing to get his AVPN certification. Generous toppings, loads of cheese, cooked perfectly, and packed with flavor. Bonus points for very reasonable pricing, too. You get a lot of pizza for your buck. Where it lost a star? The wings. They were undercooked and didn't really bring the "salt and pepper" they promised. Bit of a letdown next to such a great pizza. Still, I'd absolutely go back--for the pizza, 100%. On the menu, one pizza was described as having "Alfredo sauce" and the other as having "Italian tomato sauce". Both had a strange undertaste (curry?) and nothing remotely Italian about them. To add insult to injury they were extremely salty. I ordered one "Regular" crust and the other "Thin" crust . The "Thin" crust was a little thinner than the other but not at all what one would expect a thin-crust pizza to be. Bottom line: terrible pizza - possibly the worst I've had. Whoever these newer owners are, they haven't a clue as to what pizza is supposed to be. I won't be back.
