The bar tender and the chef kicked our group out, and as they were kicking us out the door they slammed my friends finger in the door and split his finger open. Saw online write ups about this place so had to try. On our way through we ordered La Casa but subbed out the olives for roasted garlic. Then when I arrived it was right out of the oven piping hot.Good service, tasty toppings, crispy crust so overall it's a WINNER! One thing I would critique is the dough was thin on most and a bit thicker (like an half inch to an inch) bigger on a couple slices. I would recommend ensuring the dough is evenly rolled or patted down. Definitely must try if you are a pizza connoisseur. read more

I have heard some great things said about the pizza so I had to try. I am a Regina boy and I think the local pizza restaurants there are very good. Houston and Western are my favourites. There are countless more in Regina but unfortunately not in Kelowna. People here enjoy their pizzas with a lot of different toppings. Chicken and seafood do not belong on a tomato based pizza. But I will admit the two types we tried were quite tasty. The next day not as good. One was their cheeseburger and the other one was a Bob and Dougs pepperoni and ham... I ordered 2 large pizzas at 545pm last night for my friends and I after helping me move. I was told they were busy and it would be 1-1.5hr wait. No problem. 2 hours later still no pizza, I talked to them and they forgot about my order. So they would remake it and send it out right away. An hour later with my friends starving, still no pizza so I called again. They said it is on its way.. 945 the driver shows up says he is sorry he had a lot of other deliveries but they took money off as a result ($5). My friends has already left, horrible experience! We didn't dine in, we ordered delivery as we had just driven into Kelowna and we didn't feel like driving to yet another restaurant and this place came up on Yelp as an option. When I called in, the guy was really confused as to my location even though I gave him the address (maybe they don't have google maps?) He finally said this was the wrong location for the delivery area and connected to me to a different location. Once I gave the next guy the rundown, he asked the address and so I gave it to him and then he wanted to transfer me back to the other guy. (Perhaps these restaurants should map out the areas?) I said no and asked him to deliver to us and he obliged. This pizza was overpriced for what it was. It wasn't bad pizza, but it wasn't great either. I've had pizza I enjoyed more from chain restaurants. Everyone raves about the quality and I don't get that. It was average quality ingredients. The pizza wasn't warm when it go to where we were staying (so I guess this might be my own fault for not being re-transferred?) It was a fairly large pizza which we didn't finish, but we also didn't finish it any other day and ended up tossing out the leftovers. If I'm in Kelowna again. My wife and I have tried this place 3 times. First time was in the early days of their opening and walked away disappointed.. We thought we'd give them the benefit of the doubt because they had just opened. Can you believe it? I ordered Pizza break and they said they couldn't do it for me. Next time I got home and my wife had picked up pizza. There was NO toppings at least 2" from the outside edge of the pizza. It was the Bob & Doug pizza and I had to seriously look for any toppings. First point: *gluten-free pizza options* yay! Secondly: Stumbled upon this place when looking for salad options around downtown Kelowna on 3pm on a weekday (which was a total fail, btw). There were surprisingly few options open at the time and this pizza joint looked like a good easy option, despite my gluten intolerance. Was pleasantly surprised that they had a GF pizza option, salad sides, great friendly staff / service, and an ample whiskey and tequila bar, plus local beers on tap and ciders in a can. Pizza was decent but totally deserves a 4-star or event 4.5 (!) rating for being open (in the apparent food desert) and helpful. When my daughter arrived at 5:00, she was told it would be 15 - 20 minutes but they would try to rush it to get it out. 45 minutes later, she finally got the pizzas. Nice pizza place walking distance from our hotel. The reviews were decent so we decided to give it a try and it didn't disappoint. From the minute we walked in we were greeted by a friendly staff member (I think his name was Austin.) We initially ordered delivery but decided to walk and pick it up so there was a bit of confusion but he was really helpful. We tried the BBQ, Meat Lovers(I think it's called The butcher) and veggie pizza. All were hot and delicious. The crust was also amazing. All in all, great pizza and great service. I would go back again if I'm ever in town. I only took away one star for their slow delivery time. Love the atmosphere and wish we could of stayed. Despite the "guidelines" to protect the customers we were placed at a table about 2 feet away from another party (one of those community tables). We didn't feel comfortable with this and it was contradictory of the restaurants commitment to have customers remain 6ft apart. The strangers we were seated beside showed a steadfast ignorance to COVID and immediately told us "they weren't infected". But that's another story. A Leader in the customer service industry myself, I know how hard some of these changes have been. I also know that you have to go all in and commit to protecting the future of your business. Quite simply the best pizza in Kelowna. Whenever I'm in town and I feel like eating pizza (which is always, let's be honest), I order delivery. Although not fast (be prepared to wait up to an hour) - it's worth it. Plus the delivery driver is AWESOME and always shows up in a suit and tie (or slacks and a golf shirt in the summertime). I'm so disappointed - in an era where reducing waste is so important, I was sad when I specifically requested NO pizza box to take home leftovers, the girl working didn't listen and placed the pizza box on the table. Grabbed 2 pizzas on the way home for some Netflix and chill. The guy who took my order was really nice, I totally appreciate the laid back vibe that they have. Everything was super speedy and the pizza was absolutely delicious. The crust was nice and thin with a little bit of chew which I love. I got the Carmella with mushrooms and vegan Daiya cheese. They put the proper amount of Daiya on cause it can definitely have a very strong over powering flavour but this was perfect. My boyfriend got a pepperoni pizza with pineapple and it looked amazing! The cheese on his was ooey gooey and stringy. The portions are definitely huge! And we both had tons of left overs from our mediums. She rushed us, confused us and was really .. it was such a bad experience I'm almost speechless. The pizza is terrible too. Dry, cold ham and pineapple with barely any sauce. The new restaurant in the Mission is such a great atmosphere. Same great pizza as all the other smaller restaurants but now a place to sit and listen to some fantastic live music. Best pizza in Kelowna by far and I never thought I'd say this but you've got to have the Brussel sprouts taco. It's the bomb. Friendly service and a fantastic selection of draft beers. I called at 9:25PM only to be told that they're not taking orders anymore. Apparently they stop taking orders at 9:30PM When I pointed out it was still 9:25PM they still refused to take my order... um... please post hours that you expect to maintain ‍(?)
