After another twenty minutes had passed, I was called inside to discover that only one pasta had been prepared. At that point, I was told I could either receive a refund or continue waiting for the other two to be made. Given how much time had already been wasted and my need to provide dinner for my family elsewhere, I chose to take the single pasta along with the partial refund offered. However, to my frustration, I was still charged for the one portion rather than being refunded in full. The service throughout this experience was careless and dismissive, showing little regard for my time as a customer. While the gentleman at the front counter was polite, the overall handling of the situation left much to be desired. Combined with the noticeable decline in food quality over the past few years, this incident has confirmed I will no longer be a customer of or reccomened Jims going forward.

I decided to call for the 2 med pizzas 2 toppings for $24. +$3 delivery and tip fits my $30 budget. Pizza arrived in time. Good service. Pizza tasted good, had 2 pizzas, so 2 12 hour night shifts of food. I will order from here again most likely, just trying different places first. Only bad from this place is that it closes at 9pm unfortunately. So no late nights.
