I did notice that the brand new package of headcheese was not opened for my request, so the old sour small peice behind the new one was sliced up and given to me. It is a sausage favourite of mine, and I really enjoyed their product - creamy in texture, and rather 'lighter' in flavour. I could enjoy that sausage often, and in so many ways. At this time, that included one taste of sweet & savory, open-faced sandwiches -- made with slices of weisswurst sausage on cinnamon rolls -- tried before the sausage was gone.
