The pizza was good. The decor was upbeat, colourful and fun. Family style. Friendly and generous service made a good impression on us. I would Go back again if I'm town. read more

Osoyoos Pizza Factory - two slices of pizza - Pizza Near Me - Osoyoos, British Columbia

We went to the Osoyoos Pizza Factory while passing through town. We ordered the Caesar salad, wings, and a medium Hawaiian Supreme. The Caesar salad was a 3.5 out of 5...wasn't stoked on the croutons (bagged, most likely), but tasty otherwise. The wings were GREAT! Not breaded - cooked nicely. I would give them a 4.5 out of 5 (we had the salt and pepper version). Juicy, crispy. The ranch dressing was a packaged version (2 out of 5). Finally, we had the Hawaiian Supreme pizza. It was difficult to tell what type of sauce was on it (either it was VERY light, or not tomato). I would give it a 3 out of 5. read more

Gross tasting pizza Dough was undercooked soggy Sauce tastes so bad processed and not home made like grocery store in the can sauce read more

Kids were hungry so we stopped in Osoyoos for pizza. Pizza was great as was my Greek salad. Our waitress was nice and did a good job. Unfortunately this restaurant lacks atmosphere and could do a better job with cleaning. Waiting for our food was eerily uncomfortable music was playing quite low, no people sitting at tables were talking. Only had water but it tastes like it had a hint of bleach in it. Bathrooms were dirty, door knob was loose, just unkept. Sorry to say we won't be back. read more

I was staying a few night in Osoyoos and thought o would give this place a try . I payed over 50$ for a medium Hawaiian and wings and 2 pop. The food was hot and delivery was quick considering the cook himself had to deliver it as they were short staffed . The pizza was okay but I also ordered the chicken wings which were GROSS. They were clearly boiled and then sauced leaving them slimy gross I threw them in the garbage . So do yourself a favour and Do Not Eat The WINGS ..... read more

Great spot in centre of town. The staff were attentive, friendly and accommodating. This is refreshing when your a group of 12 with 5 kids in a small town with few restaurants. The atmosphere inside was nice and it was comfortable for us all. The food, well, it was excellent! When you consider that this small town has few options and that even pizza can be massacred very easily, this place should be getting 5 stars. Only issue I had was that they messed up our order a bit which meant few of us had to wait 15 mins longer to eat. That said, it was rectified and we all left happy. If your in Osoyoss for any period of time, stop in. Especially if your with kids. You will be glad you did. read more

Our families favorite pizza, we love coming to Osoyoos to go there, I've been there twice in less than a week Service is really great too & there were 10 of us last time all ordering different pizzas read more

Not bad for pizza in a resort time. Pretty sure this is the only pizza place through as it was pretty packed. I am one of those people who prefer thin crust, and theirs was still a little thick for me. A large was more than enough for 2 of us to share thought. Good to see generous portion sizes. Unfortunately service was incredibly slow. Not sure if they just need to have extra staff on for that. It was slow to the point that I was incredibly thirsty by the time we even ordered drinks. If you go and they are busy, be prepared for the wait. Also they did run out of water/pop glasses... Never understand this, if you are a restaurant you need to have enough glasses for everyone to have a beverage and a half. Especially in summer where most people do a glass of water and another beverage. Not sure i will be back, but worked for our last night in town. read more

A-May-zing! This is a great location for a variety of pizzas. They have all of the fixings that go with your favorite pizza. More than one vegetarian option which was greatly appreciated. I will be a repeat customer each time I'm visiting Osoyoos area :) going to order one more 'Vegetarian Special' after this review, seriously! Nothing factory about this place, everything seems like a one off custom creation even though it is on their menu. Asked them to mix two halves of their salads to make one serving, no problem... Fast and friendly delivery paired with terrific value. What else could you ask for? read more

We have been coming here for 4 years. Kind of annual summer tradition. It has always been good but this time the pizza was not very good. Lacked flavor or something. But the waitress was very pleasant and nice to deal with. Don't think we will go back read more

Seriously wicked pizza! Wow, what flavour! If you don't try the tandoori chicken pizza before you die, you're nuts. Had a salad and wings as well and they were just "okay", but pizza... That's their specialty! (Word of caution... Make sure you get the correct discount when ordering two Pizzas). .......................... Second visit: tried the "everything pizza" - fantastic! read more

Great pizza, I know it's good if my kids eat everything in sight! Beer was cold, place is nice and clean and staff is friendly and fast. Would definitely return anytime read more

The pizza was amazing. Fresh crust, rich sauce and a few creative toppings to go with a long list of the basics. We tried them twice on our vacation. The first time we ate in the restaurant. Our appy nachos were good; plenty of them, hot, and lots of toppings. Our meat lovers pizza was great. The service, however, was a challenge. It wasn't a huge problem, but clearly the staff are under-trained in food service, and it took a lot of time and effort to get things done. The second time we ordered to-go and it was a much better experience. The pizza was hot and ready exactly when they promised. Oddly, it was the same servers we had the previous time, but clearly they do a better job with take-out. And the pizzas are one of the best! read more

Osoyoos Pizza Factory is a staple pizza joint in Osoyoos. We've had the pizza on several occasions and have always found it fresh, hot and delicious. The pizza sauce is something special too, has a nice, basil taste to it, but not overpowering. The crust is excellent as well, our kids devoured every slice. Do yourself a favour and try it out. read more

Canned spaghetti sauce and meatballs. Their BBQ is bulls eye. Not worth the time especially when there are so many top notch winery restaurants to choose from. However the service was great. read more

Osoyoos Pizza Factory - Large pizza, 8 slices, 1/2 meat lovers and 1/2 make your own. Loved it! - Pizza Near Me - Osoyoos, British Columbia

I was expecting a good homemade pizza. the crust was a frozen type with not any flavor. I guess good pizza in Canada is difficult to find. The meats on the pizza are lunchmeat low quality. The pepperoni was almost nonexistent the one or two pieces were low quality. I don't like to give poor ratings but I was completely disappointed. I would have been better off buying a frozen pizza in the grocery store, and cheaper too. Sorry I would not recommend this pizza. read more

Like this place a lot. Pizza is very-very delicious! Service is very welcoming. Location is also very convenient and close to the beach. read more

Delicious pizza! That's where it ends! Horrible service, our waitress wasn't very friendly and barely attended to us. We ordered two pizzas and a side of ranch. The waitress informed us half heartedly that the kitchen made a mistake and it would be a bit longer.. Fine. But they finally brought our pizza out over five minutes after the table next to us got their food (and they were sat 10 minutes after us). She didn't bring our ranch for a little while... And the one pizza was nice and hot and delicious while the other was cold and had clearly been sitting aside for a but while they remade the other one... We informed the chef but he wasn't having it! He acted confused as if he didn't know what we were talking about and then reluctantly took it back. Great food! But if your service isn't good, it's a waste of time. Even mediocre food and good service will win me back any day! read more

I wish I could give this place 6 stars!! Probably some of the best pizza we've ever had! I had the spicy chicken and my husband had the meat lovers, both fantastic! And we shared a Greek salad which is usually an after thought, but it was brought out before our pizzas and we were so impressed with this little salad on its own! EVERYTHING is fresh!! Even the feta cheese was soft and fluffy! It is a little hole in the wall, but so SO worth it! Service was amazing, and friendly! Can't wait to come back next summer!!! read more

Was there this past august, didn't want to cook on our first night of camping. So ordered the Hawaiian and meat lovers for pick up. Pizza was ready when we arrived for pickup. Price was fair, wife 2 young teens and I enjoy the pizza. Thought it tasted good. With some extra left over for the morning. read more

Great pizza and they deliver which many places in Osoyoos do not do. Their crust is good and they are in the middle of the town. It is a nice comfy place to eat but I get them to deliver it to my hotel room when I'm in town. And everytime I've come to Osoyoos I've eaten here. And I will continue that tradition until there is a reason not to. Sadly, this is the second best place to eat in this tiny town. read more

Ordered takeout on our visit. Walking in, we were greeted by a decision of sit in or takeout signs guiding us to different parts of the restaurant. The takeout area was massive and had what appeared to be recycled frat house furniture. A futon, a couple faux leather chairs with arms reupholstered in duct tape, some high top seating. Don't really see the point of this nor the complete separation from the dinning room, but whatever. Pretty mediocre at best. Dough was bland and lacked the chew and texture I would expect from pizza. Toppings were sparse but just sufficient to still be considered an "American" pizza. The chorizo pizza used dried chorizo which spent too long in the oven and became quite hard and only tasted of chilli. The chicken on the chicken pizza was similarly over cooked and dry; to the point that I cannot even remember which pizza it was. Service was average. I don't expect much from a takeout order and we did get offered help with making a selection. At the end of the day, I don't think I would make a point of returning but I guess it would do in a pinch. read more

These guys' pizza is way better than it needs to be for Osoyoos, where I'm guessing a lot of their customers are like the American couple next to us, concerned that the crust wasn't going to be like "pan pizza". Plus they serve Naramata Nut Brown Ale on tap, which is pretty much the best thing ever when it's zillion degrees outside. read more

Ordered 2 large pizzas for delivery yesterday. THEY WERE FLAT AS THIN CRUSTS and had almost no sauce. Wtf did I pay for. Phoned up and complained so they ended up delivering another one, but it was the same maybe even worse. Come on pizza factory why are you making crap pizza like that and chinsing out on the sauce, does it really cost that much to make!!! Worst place in town to eat. Go to hell pizza factory read more

The meal took longer than I would have expected for, what seemed, a quiet-ish Fri. evening in Osoyoos. Ordered the half chicken meal which incl. a smaller order of pasta and a piece of garlic toast. The half chix was, at most, a single breast. HALF what?! A joke...was not even a quarter chicken! The pasta dish (veg) was well prepared...nice! baked cheese on top. And to close, as this was delivery food, the business did not include a plastic fork/knife which is an obvious given when food is delivered. read more
