They were supposed to arrive at 8:00am, but due to traffic arrived at 8:30am. They brought their own dollies. Our apartment building has an elevator, but my apartment is a little ways from it. The movers took about 3 and 1/2 hours which I think they could have done it faster, but they did a good job in moving and packing the rental truck. None of the items were lost or damaged.
