The service was lovely. The waitstaff were welcoming and made us feel welcome. The food was perfect. I got the burger and chips. The burger was delicious! The beef quality overseas is sublime! The chips were massive and delicious! Perfectly crisp with a fluffy interior. I also got the pot roast and accompaniments. It was lovely! You could get an enchilada, a fajita, or a plate of nachos with cajun chicken along with a pint for 9.95. That's a nice deal. When I went in a server asked if I wanted to see the menu, but I said I'd get the enchilada special. There isn't any restriction on what type of pint you can get with the deal, which I appreciate. The enchiladas was quite good, filled with chicken, and peppers (including some jalapenos) and covered in cheese. It was served with a side of chips. I thought there was a nice amount of spice to the enchilada as well, which I liked. The meal was quite filling for the price you pay. Since I was here on a Monday, and pretty early in the evening (about 5pm) there were only a few other people inside. The restaurant was clean, and service was quick and friendly. If I'm in Donabate again I won't hesitate to come here for a drink or another bite to eat.
