I have had two instances where I brought my vehicle in (2010 Honda Ridgeline) for a quick fix and both times were a surprise! The first, he told me that he just needed to adjust something by my tie-rod, which was no charge. The second time, he did my front brakes which cost far under what I was quoted at two other places. I have brought my kids cars in for oil changes and the service and timing has been perfect each and every time! Definitely a 5-star! One more thing: please be sure to call before you drop your car so that Bob is able to get to it that same day! There is a key drop, if needed, as well!

I am impressed because they helped her out when she was recently involved in a fender-bender. She drove the car to them, and they in turn brought it to a reputable body shop. When I called to follow up, Brian and Jill both knew my mom and were aware of how the repairs were progressing. We're grateful for their help and for their helping to maintain our sense of community in Burlington.

My first experience with Accurate Automotive. It was not a pleasant one…read more I went here because they said they provide a vibration test which I was looking for. Later, I was told that a front lower ball joint was "ready to fall off". Well, it didn't feel like that kind of a vibration. He gave me a price of $600 for the ball joint and balancing of two front tires and the vibration test. Brian was very insistent that the car was very dangerous to drive. I was extremely hesitant but agreed to the work performed. I realize now that there was absolutely no mention of the results of the vibration test. So I'm not even sure it was performed. Of course, Brian would say that it was done. Maybe that's why they only charged me half price for the test. In thinking back, I probably spent $600 that I didn't need to spend. I think Brian is a definite Fearmonger (a person who spreads fear and needlessly sounds an alarm). If he thinks he get away with it, he'll Say Anything to get you to spend money whether it's really needed or not. As you can tell, I will not be visiting Accurate Automotive & Tire again. And, do yourself a favor, find someone else to look at your car problems.

They've told me that my front breaks were bad, but told me that the rear ones could wait, when they could have replaced all four without me questioning them, or that a clunking sound I thought was my rear suspension was actually just a loose exhaust that could be cheaply welded on. They've also diagnosed problems, told me the price to fix them, and then when I opted not to bother with the repair or to replace the part myself, didn't charge me anything for the diagnosis. You can be confident that when you take your car to them you'll get good work done at an honest price.

Six or seven months later the paint on the repaired area started bubbling, and small dots appeared across the surface. That is not how a new bumper behaves. It is what happens when filler is used over an existing damaged panel. I brought the car back and they redid the work. The same bubbling and the same dots returned a few months later.
