My next step is to file a complaint with the State Attorney General, to get my money reimbursed. I have a company ready and willing to build my shower, but I need my deposit back to pay for it. I have been very patient, but it's become obvious to me that he has no intention of returning my deposit, without me using legal assistance.

Work was good, first 2 weeks. Work was terrible the 3rd, and last week. Important to have written contract with this business representative; with work to be performed, hours to be worked, and cost for their labor before they start work. Take photos of each project and wherever they store their tools, before and after the work is done. You keep notes on who shows up, when they show up and leave, and what work was actually done for each day. Advise you install video cameras. Business practices that I encountered were terrible. Amazingly bad experience.
