He drove to my house immediately (not close to where he was.) And called me from there -- yeah this is price: when can I start? And 12 hours later -- a quarter of an acre of yard looked brand new. James and his team came in and quoted the patching, but to my surprise he actually re-planted all new sod in the front yard! We had them clean up and trim all of our Areca Palms and garden beds, placing additional podocarpus and expanding our front beds, an all new paver patio put in with a small flax Lilly bed (which i absolutely LOVE!), new sod patched in back, a new paver path in the backyard and moving around some of the irrigation to accommodate it.
