I had struggled with anxiety for over half my life, to the point where even leaving my house felt overwhelming. As my anxiety worsened, my world kept getting smaller, I wasn't living much of a life. Starting this journey was scary, but Deanne made me feel completely heard during my consultation, and I knew I was in the right place to heal. I've now completed 17 sessions, and I'm honestly amazed at how much my life has changed. I'm facing triggers head-on with little to no difficulty, and I finally feel like I'm living again. If you're on the fence, go--show up scared, show up unsure. I only wish I had found this sooner. Thank you, especially to Bennett, for helping me through my hardest moments and celebrating my progress every step of the way.

As someone who struggles with ADHD, OCD and depression, I noticed a significant improvement in symptoms. Together coupled with the life coaching that they now offer it really helped me a lot. I plan on picking up more sessions in the future when I have some more time. I highly recommend them if you are struggling with any mental health disorders, especially ADHD & OCD which are some of the more stubborn disorders. Neurofeedback is a unique approach and really does wonders. Do yourself a favor and give them a shot, I can't recommend them enough!

Horrible. Had to get new Neurologist because the number…read morelisted is NOT the number of office. Upon trying to recieve records for over a year as the medicine I recieved, made me sick. New Neurologist needed to know what it was. My trying to locate, my new Dr.,my Insurance could not get an answer, like he just disappeared, though lists multiple offices. After 1 year, and ALOT of physical and emotional pain over this, someone was FINALLY reached a warm body with a voice. I HIGHLY recommend you look elsewhere. He'd recieve no stars if it was an option.

My primary doctor is wonderful and covering all the bases thought seeing a neurologist would be a…read moregood step for me to rule out anything more serious.. Or maybe to actually get some help for these issues. I'm dealing with 'brain fog' that you hear of with Fibromyalgia patients. Also, dissociative confusing feelings that can come from PTSD and psychological abuse. I also deal with nerve pain. And I have spinal issues. I READ all the crappy reviews before making my appt. 8 weeks earlier. I was concerned about going to see this Dr. Uddin/Aladin or whatever. Thought I would be the bigger person and just maybe I'd be one of THE FEW that actually had a favorable experience. Nope. My blame in this ridiculous visit was that i didn't come prepared. I forgot to bring notes of my symptoms, etc.. and was feeling a little cognitively impaired at the time of this visit. Answered tons of health questions on the intake paperwork. Struggled with that even. I forgot to even write down my main health issues. I was nervous and my brain went blank and I couldn't give accurate examples of my functioning deficits. I told him this during the visit. He made me feel stupid. When I mentioned dissociating he said he was confused and didn't understand what that meant. Really? A brain guy? He saw my hands fidgeting, I noticed this. Then he got this 'idea look' on his face and said, "how simple this all was." This medical genius told me I have ADHD at age 54 without any official test or solid information OR any history of my life. I'm at the wrong doctor and to go see my psychiatrist. I wasn't bothered by his flawed medical diagnosis, thanked him for his time and then left. We didn't cover a single symptom listed on my intake paperwork. No elaboration, no questions. An average layman like myself knows that there are likely many things that can cause brain fog, confusion, short term memory issues. Insomnia, lack of oxygen to the brain, reaction to trauma, It could be a stress defense mechanism... It could be medication I took over the past couple years that affected my memory? I'm sure there are many other possibilities. I don't match the basic common symptoms of ADHD or the behaviors and life history that would likely result from it. Oh, and he ASSURED me that my brain was fine. He likely thought I was some whacked out lady. Well, being the patient I think I'm allowed. Reverse the roles? I don't think so. Totally unprofessional. Rude. Condescending. Irritated? I could not imagine taking a loved one or someone I cared for who may be suffering from a SERIOUS brain/neurological issue to this doctor. That's my personal opinion.

I enjoyed having this structure and they attacked different mental health topics systematically. I appreciated that we had a gym and access to the outdoors for exercise. I have to say that off the get go I appreciated getting to know the staff. It was nice having the staff available to create friendships and were just available as people. Newport also offered a handful of offsite experiences such as horse therapy, AA meetings, and CODA meetings. Also on Tuesdays it was nice to have some people from AA who shared their stories. Was also nice to have access to two of our own refrigerators and a pantry that we could stock up with our own foods. Really appreciated my care team which included my therapist Scott and psychiatrist Todd. Learned some really valuable things from them.
