Then once we scheduled for Friday I get a text on Friday saying she can't do Friday but can do Saturday which was my original request date. Then Saturday comes and my scheduled appointment time was between 11am-12pm. I get a text around 1130am and I'm told that they are finishing up and will be on their way. 12pm comes around and nothing. I call at 1215 to see what's going on. No answer. I text and get a response that she got caught up talking with a customer. She's now 20 minutes late and tells me she's 25 minutes out. I tell her I have to cancel. She then asks if I want to reschedule for Monday. Really??? Keep this in mind when you are trying to schedule. Not reliable. I wasted my whole Saturday morning waiting.

I contacted LaBree back in August 2021 from one of the "What's Happening Near you" Yelp emails…read more I wasn't happy with how Petsmart handled my corgi Raven so I contacted LaBree and she scheduled me for our first groom with my corgi and my lab mix on September 9, 2021 and I've been on schedule with LaBree since that first appointment. She's been seeing my pups about every 8 weeks and is communicative with any comments or concerns with my pups. Though I had been taking Raven to a groomer since she was a puppy, she would get stressed when there were many dogs in one place (Petsmart) so now that she sees LaBree regularly and with her brother with her or by herself, she hasn't had many behavior issues. My lab mix loves everyone so he's a breeze to work with. LaBree also works with my work schedule since I'm in the office during her work hours so I have her drive out to my office to groom my pups. She does a great job and accessorizes the pups with cute pieces when I get them back from her. There's a reason why she's booked 2 months in advance. She does a great job and genuinely cares for your fur baby.

I made an appointment today to actually get my fluffier husky done by one of the groomers because she needed some deep help with her undercoat. The groomers name was Kaitlyn who did her and she did a great job. Very friendly, got Skye's undercoat out, and gave me a recommendation for which brush I should buy for inbetween grooms. This is definitely a great place and I highly recommend it for a professional groom or a self wash!
