We explained we were on a trip and asked if they could possibly have a technician install the water pump. They were able to accommodate us and got our RV in right away. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, from the parts person to the very nice lady that was able to get us in on short notice. They let us bring our dog inside while we waited. Everyone we talked with was very friendly, and our dog got a lot of attention. From the time we pulled in, to pulling out with the new water pump installed was only about an hour! Aubrey's is a hard-to-find gem. I understand completely why they have been in business so long. Great people and service. Highly recommended.

Let me be the first to say, I would have never seen myself as an RV guy. After a couple longer colder nights in our new tent... we sat out to "see" what the RV world had to offer. I had done extensive research on what my vehicle is capable of towing, what the ideal environment is for my family, and what we could use in the next decade of travels. This narrowed what we were looking for down considerably. As we arrived at Central Washington RV, we were greeted by Jacob. Jacob is a rock solid employee, he answered every question we had, shared the same excitement we had in our quest for a trailer, he double checked my finding on what my vehicle could safely tow to give us a great assortment of possibilities for our new second home. We were handed off to Cynthia who handled the financial end and options for the trailer. Again, we were working with someone who was just enthusiastic about this new experience as we were. Mike in parts helped with technical questions about the trailer, vehicle, and connections. A few weeks after the purchase we needed to bring the trailer back to get some upgrades added to it. Mike had time to walk around the trailer and answer more questions that came up after we had owned it for a couple weeks. We really enjoyed working with Todd, and the trailer had everything we wanted. Unfortunately, the experience after the sale has been disappointing. Within the first season, the finish on several cabinet doors began peeling. We notified the dealership and agreed to bring the RV in after our camping season to handle it under warranty. When we picked it up months later, several documented issues were left unrepaired, and the overall tone from staff made it clear they were ready to see us go. It was disheartening, especially after how positive the sales experience had been. This spring, the same cabinet issue reappeared. Because of the dealership's lack of accountability and the way we were left feeling after our prior service experience, we chose not to return to Canopy Country and instead went to another authorized service center, who have been much more willing to help. I later wrote a private letter directly to the owner explaining our disappointment and hoping for acknowledgment. I have received no response. I don't enjoy leaving negative reviews, but I think it's important for others to know that our post-sale experience with Canopy Country RV has not reflected the same level of care we felt during the purchase.

We had a…read morebunch of stuff break at the same time. 2 of them was our hydraulic jacks (again) and our refer which happened to die the day before he was coming out to find out what was wrong with the jacks. He diagnosed and replaced the failed pump motor to our hydraulic jacks, diagnosed then removed the failed NorCold (we call them "never cold") refrigerator (ammonia leak) and replaced it with a much bigger residential refrigerator. He also hauled away the old one. Our awning leg became bent last fall and Wayne just happened to have the same leg that we needed. After much fenagling to get the bent leg out, he replaced it with the one he had. So nice to have an awning again! Thanks, Wayne! You da man!
