After he looked at the tooth I was presented with a cost analysis for treatment.. the cost was outrageous far from previous experiences for this treatment and more than double to what I would have paid in FL Obviously we decided otherwise.. the lady explained if we did elect to go this route I would be expected to pay 100 % as not in the network.. was she serious who in their right mind would agree especially having insurance and a PPO at that Even though the dentist did nothing she was quick to advise there will be a $99 charge .. irrespective.. my fault for walking in.. should have stayed outside!!!! I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Davis and his staff. They are always so friendly and accommodating. Dawn has assisted with almost all of my dental procedures and she is just a sweet, cheerful person. Tina has done my cleanings and she is great! The office staff (Yvonne, Heather and Emelia) are always friendly and helpful. I've never had a long wait and never had any pain with the work I've had. Very satisfied customer!!!!

Dentists in the Blairsville work only 3-4 ft days per week. None actually provide such service. None are truthfully in their advertising. As with most medical services in Union County, Blairsville, it's all about the money evidently.

However, they refuse to accept some of the biggest carriers insurance plans out there. Disappointing as we just moved to Ellijay and needed a Dental provider for the 4 of us. Between us, we have three difference carriers (Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare and Aetna) and they refused to be in network with any of those. Not exactly fly by night small carriers. I would highly encourage you to find another provider that will value your money as much as they value their own.

Unfortunately the root was cracked so a re-treat of a root was not possible and it will eventually need to be extracted. Not super excited because before the crown was replaced it never hurt but during the install of the first crown there were issues so it was most likely just destined to eventually fail. I appreciated their kindness and reassuring me the advice my dentist gave to possibly extract would be the best solution.
