Extremely disappointed in this establishment.. it all comes down to money…read moreAfter calling to confirm they took our insurance only to find out after the fact they did not and were not in the net work.. they failed to tell u this from the beginning.. had they done so I wud not be writing this review My wife went for toothache !! After he looked at the tooth I was presented with a cost analysis for treatment.. the cost was outrageous far from previous experiences for this treatment and more than double to what I would have paid in FL Obviously we decided otherwise.. the lady explained if we did elect to go this route I would be expected to pay 100 % as not in the network.. was she serious who in their right mind would agree especially having insurance and a PPO at that Even though the dentist did nothing she was quick to advise there will be a $99 charge .. irrespective.. my fault for walking in.. should have stayed outside!!!! I asked her what did he do to justify the charge oh he took an X-ray Really !!!! You only need to look around to see why his fees are so high !!!! One bitten twice shy.. I suggest if u want value for money for dental treatment look else where.. there are plenty dentists around to choose from My dentist in Florida would never have dreamed of charging me 100 to take look in my mouth , he would have been to embarrassed to that's for sure You live and learn After talking to the locals in Murphy it would appear I am not the only one annoyed with Carolina Smiles fees !! I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Davis and his staff. They are always so friendly and accommodating. Dawn has assisted with almost all of my dental procedures and she is just a sweet, cheerful person. Tina has done my cleanings and she is great! The office staff (Yvonne, Heather and Emelia) are always friendly and helpful. I've never had a long wait and never had any pain with the work I've had. Very satisfied customer!!!!
