He no longer prioritizes patient care--just Ozempic, Botox, and the cash flow. The medical staff is robotic, unhelpful, and disengaged. Communication is nonexistent, with exception of a termination letter from their practice. There's no real support or follow-through. It's a disorganized, reactive office that leaves patients chasing basic care. There is no longer any partnership in your health here--just profits over people. Stay far away.

I was seen very…read morequickly and thoroughly assessed by the Nurse Practitioner Michelle who, frankly, did way more for me in ten minutes than both times at the ER waiting for hours to get scanned with contrast. She addressed the issues quickly and answered with precision. I felt comfortable talking to her and I will return to this office when I have needs of that kind. I already see a few doctors in Woodstock. This is far closer and very pleasant. It's a clean, bright office and I would recommend them to anybody. I'm so glad insurance covered the medication. The Emergency Room prescribed nothing but kept writing me referrals to a specialist when what this really is comes from a medication reaction. It's sad that three months of an antifungal will necessitate the taking of three other medications to reduce the swollen lymph nodes, but I will be thrilled to not feel like I have been swimming all day. My ear has been giving me a hard time for awhile and it's been messing with my balance and hearing. I'm glad I went! Unfortunately I'm due for a pelvic, so I will definitely go this route. It's a nice office and they had a prompt appointment.
