It was a great time to stop in, not many people and I was able to take my time and explore. I haven't been there in a while and they've made some changes so the employees were a great help in showing me the layout. They had some great sales, and I certainly got more than what I came for. I made my way to the food section of the store the kitchen was closed but they always have a good selection of snacks and frozen goods to try at an affordable price. Next time I go, I plan to try the vegetable dogs they sound interesting. I feel like I'm on an adventure every time I go to IKEA and I like that!

Unfortunately I had to use the restroom, it was DISGUSTING, I had to stand in another persons pee puddle under the urinal to use the bathroom. The smell of urine was clear out to the water fountains. The bathrooms and bathroom access looked like the entrance to a crack house. See pics. Inside the store, aisles were wrecked, product thrown everywhere. I was potentially interested in buying a rug but there were no prices on the items, searched vigorously and couldn't find. What a crazy experience, there's absolutely nothing I couldn't have purchased from Amazon and had on my porch next day from this store. What kind of psychopath searches through a nasty store like this, stands in line and pays double for the same Chinese items. I took note of the rug I liked, found on Amazon for half price and had it at my house next day.

We recently completed a small bar/kitchen area and bathroom project using tile from Floor & Decor…read morein Memphis, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Before placing our order, we requested several tile samples from the Floor & Decor website so we could see the options in our home. After narrowing down our choices, we contacted the Memphis store and were connected with Marsha Turner, a design consultant there. Marsha was incredibly helpful in pulling everything together. She helped us finalize the backsplash selection, recommended the pencil trim that perfectly complements the glass tile, and advised us on the best grout color so the glass tiles would really stand out. Her guidance made a difference in the finished result. Although we live near Little Rock, the Memphis store is our closest location since moving from California. This is actually the fourth home where we've purchased tile from Floor & Decor, and once again the process was smooth and easy. Delivery also went perfectly. The freight truck arrived with a lift gate, and the driver used a pallet jack to place the tile directly in our garage, which made unloading very easy. They have regular outlet materials, chairs, tables, couches, beds, also there is the clearance center in the back and it may have a Lots of accent furniture and furniture pieces. sometimes it may be slightly damaged or dented, but not noticeable...a lot of the stuff in there is great buys and some great bargains... many sets put together for the bedroom, pictures a lot of bric-a-brac and things to decorate the home with...I would choose this as is the place that you go to for a lot of the Great American furniture that you are looking for but it is not in the regular store...I would choose this location for all my furniture and home needs.

I did call the Memphis store to confirm that my furniture would be delivered. The very rude receptionist flat out said "I can't help you, you have to go online." So I went online, the stated delivery time was between noon and 3pm. We waited and waited and waited. After 3pm the status changed to "on its way." Still no phone call or contact from the company. At 8pm, the delivery tracked still stated that it was "on the way." They never showed, I never got a phone call or any other form of communication from Royal furniture. The people in the store refuse to answer the phone, AND their voicemail is constantly full. ROYAL Furniture has my money and has not yet delivered my furniture. If you value your time, buy furniture elsewhere. Do not waste your time here. Update: I spoke with the office. After being on hold for over 20 Minutes, they couldn't find my paperwork. Thankfully, I had my copy. I gave them the information needed. Then they changed their excuse to "we attempted to call you but you didn't respond to confirm the appointment." I have the call records for both mine and my husbands phones. They are both in excellent working order and we DO have our incoming/outgoing call logs. We were not contacted. The delivery staff is fibbing the notes on their work orders. So now you are closed until Tuesday and I can't get my order delivered until next week. I will continue to post updates until Royal Furniture makes good on the delivery for which we have paid in full.
