Our usual person, Deanna (sp?) was not there, and we have had great experiences with her. We were treated very poorly by Kayla and it appeared that she was very unhappy about having to help not only us but others. She was curt, and terse, and flippant when asked questions and failed to really listed to what was not working. We also observed several other individuals being rudely treated by Ashley (mask only vaguely on her face), and in particular, her treatment of an older gentlemen who failed to fill out his paperwork and appeared confused by what was expected. They cancelled his appointment for the 2nd time (first time Doc was unavailable). We had good experiences up to this time but will think twice before returning to Lebanon office. The Crowes
