I have been a patient at Lifetime Vision for about 7 years now. I absolutely adore Dr. Munk, he is so genuine and caring, especially with my kids. My family has always been beyond happy with the level of care that Dr Munk provides. Until recently, I have not had any issues with my appointments at Lifetime. The last few times I have been in, I show up early, but have been taken back 15-20 minutes late. I understand that things happen, and doctors do run behind. The frustrating part is watching the assistants sit in the reception area talking loudly about what they did over the weekend, their evening plans, or their kids soccer schedule. There is a time and place for those conversations to be had, and it is not where multiple patients can hear every bit of it, while waiting far beyond their scheduled appointment times. 1-2 times would be understandable, but between myself and my kids, it's happened multiple times in just the last several weeks. I feel that myself and my time are being disrespected when I have to wait so long while people are sitting around chatting. Luckily, Dr Munk makes the wait and frustrations worth while and for the time being, I cannot imagine going to another doctor. In the front, Noreen is so sweet and helpful. There seems to be 1-2 assistants taking patients back and moving around, so if you schedule an appointment here, hopefully you get somebody helpful and respectful of your time as a patient. Otherwise, you're going to hear so much about the boys and girls club you might forget that you, in fact, do not have a child that attends the Boys and Girls Club. read more
