We spent in excess of $7000 on home electronics and a Central Vacuum system for our newly constructed house in Maineville. It's extremely difficult to get Multisource Home Electronics to come out to connect a pipe to the central vacuum system that they failed to connect during installation. This might be a 5 minutes "pipe glue job at most. You might call that a quality issue as well as customer service support issue. The people that work there are very nice. Their support once they get your money is non-existent. They do not deserve to be in business!!! read more

Had multisource do pre-wiring for my new construction home. They are great to you until you move in. They didn't complete the job and were extremely lazy in not adding cat6 ends to my prewire. Also no power added for the bottom outlets of my TVs. They never told me they weren't doing cat6 ends for my cameras. Why do cat6 ends for 15 cables and not do them for the rest? Lazy. Don't use them, use someone else! read more

absolutely horrible experience with the doorbell. hasn't worked since it was installed within a year. tried to call service manager nick turner and he was rude and not very cooperative. he wanted us to pay full payment again to get new one plus charged us $145 for trip fee. total price would be close to $1000 for install two doorbells in about a year. read more
