    This leasing company refuses to update any accounts in their rental payment portal, they refuse to answer any phone calls regarding outstanding balances of their new terms and policy though myself was not a tenant of their program and have a signed and dated lease of 03/23 until 03/24. my key was taken from me with no paperwork from Karen busch and terry of Lackland plaza and glenfield apartments, Ive sent multiple emails with no response, the phone message center is not set up at either apartment and the property managers KAREN and TERRY are aware. Also money orders were stolen from the leasing office for the dates of may2023 through august2023. This is the email that i sent to the leasing office four business days ago and i have not received a response yet nor was my account updated at all in ay way. KAREN also lives onsite in the leasing office and she will invite whole families over while you are there to handle business and refuse to handle business without the calling of overland police department. She weaponizes the police department against any tenant wanting to know the truth about all of their payable accounts. My deposit is supposed to be returned to me in 7 business days which is 10/29/23 and ive been told by karen that my deposit and close out should be the least of my worries. Ive expressed the urgency of closing my account and ive been told there is no urgency about it. Also that if we reach out to get any legal advice about the turmoil the company is putting us through that she will no longer speak about it, we will have to actually hire said lawyer to communicate with her for us. Ive had to also call police to get any clarity of any situation that has happened on my account. Both 314-423-2125,314-429-5651, and 314-429-5114 are all full and you cannot leave a message. The set of apartments owned by this place are lackland plaza, glenfield court apartments, norwood apartments, and charbonier manor. Below will be the last email sent to gain clarity. " If my last day in the unit is the 10/29. And that is the prorated amount for up until 10/29. I would like to have the key back to the property until that date . I will be escorted by the police back to the office of Glenfield since you refuse to open the office at all on lackland plaza so you can return the key to me until the date that I have to pay or else the rent needs to be prorated for this day since this is the day you received my key but refuse to start the process. Also can you please update the online payment account and reach back out the zigo the payment company where my money orders should of been sent. It has been two weeks since you reached out and you keep refusing to do so. I have provided all payments and still there was no update placed on the account. Or proper documentation given to me. This is also a signed police report placed on the officers you called on me today and that YOU RECEIVED MY KEY , after placement of the documents on my door at lackland plaza stating that all payments and important things be taken place on cedar glen dr. My next step is the better business bureau for not only this company but the police department that serves your place of business and I will be letting all social media sites and business platforms know how things are ran and that the police are actually called and weaponized against tenants. Again thank you for all you have done and I look forward to having my account fixed immediately as I need to pay rent and close it out. The process of me trying to get my account up to dat started in the middle of august as you see the current payment made of august, this process has taken so long to the point where late fees are being attached to the incorrect balance and no payment updates to make the correct payments on document.The rent for my lease is 650. they currently have a 2000 balance on my account for just the month of september (i moved out 09/23) and any prorated amount for october. equaling to 650, they currently have $1350 in overages in my account they refuse to investigate or fix.

    Unprofessional, Unresponsive, and Unwilling to Address Serious Issues…read more Dealing with this property management company has been incredibly frustrating. They manage my HOA, but it's hard to tell whether EZR is simply enabling questionable actions by the board or just unable to provide any professional guidance. Communication is one of the biggest problems. Homeowners are required to send certified letters to reach the board, and responses only come once a month. The replies are rarely informative or helpful, even though they claim to be "substantive." Meanwhile, EZR sends out frequent notices and emails to homeowners, showing a clear double standard that makes communication one-sided and inefficient. Since March, I've been cited multiple times for "weeds" in my yard, but neither EZR nor the HOA has ever specified what plants they mean or what standard they're enforcing. The only direction I've been given is vague -- "hire someone to spray your yard" or "remove the weeds." Even after I complied, I was told again that my "entire lot is full of weeds," with no explanation at all. To make matters worse, a board member physically threatened me. I immediately reported it to EZR, but they've done nothing -- or at least nothing they've communicated -- to address it. EZR has shown a consistent lack of professionalism, accountability, and care for homeowners. I would strongly caution anyone, whether a homeowner, renter, or board member, to be very careful before doing business with this company.
