They claim to have mailed me a letter and emailed me, but I have no record of either. Before dumping me someone, anyone, could have picked up the phone to call me. But CrestCore now treats it's clients like a number, not a person. The old owners knew my name and had my cell phone. But the new regime can't even call me before they drop me.
