Everyone I ever spoke to in the office was BEYOND rude, unhelpful, and acted like my presence was a nuisance. Here is the worst part: they are withholding $300 from my security deposit for paint. The owners spent time with me, invested in me as a client, and gave me a great customer service. However, I was recently dumped as a client by them, with no warning. They claim to have mailed me a letter and emailed me, but I have no record of either. Before dumping me someone, anyone, could have picked up the phone to call me. But CrestCore now treats it's clients like a number, not a person. The old owners knew my name and had my cell phone. But the new regime can't even call me before they drop me. This situation left me scrambling to take care of my tenants. Now, they have my rent revenue that they've collected (Over $4,700) and they will not respond to any calls or emails.
