At my last visit I submitted my sample, was called back to see the doctor and was given my refills and a referral for therapy. Set up an appointment for the next month and went home. Three weeks later the clinic calls me & says I tested positive for another medication that they didn't prescribe me & that I can't see that doctor anymore. I told them that's impossible because I only take what they prescribed me. They wouldn't listen to me or believe me. So now I'm without help, without medication all because someone didn't do their job right. There's no possible way I had anything else in my urine. I wish I could get them to retest me, do a hair follicle, anything to prove I'm correct and they are wrong.

I asked the doctors if I could speak with someone else other than that nurse, and they said yes. But, every time my mom needs something we have to go through her. She is very rude, doesn't care about patients, and will not help you AT ALL. And we can't seem to get passed her to someone who will help and at least be courteous!
