I cannot speak HIGHLY enough about this auto body shop and particularly its owners. Having an accident or issue with your car is bad enough, so as we all know the last thing ANYONE needs is to be swindled at a body shop. If you are like me and want to avoid that, this is your body shop! The owners truly care about you and your car, and give you the best service EVER. I just had an accident where they not only fixed the impact area, but they also took it upon themselves to fix other dents without me even asking and for FREE! Not to mention my car came out looking FLAWLESS and just as it did the day I took it off the dealership lot. This is not my first time taking a car into this body shop. My previous car had 4 different accidents, and each time they took care of me and made my car look equally flawless as if they are my own family members. Best of all, they are the most reasonably priced body shop as well! I guarantee you will not find a better body shop anywhere in California let alone in Los Angeles for your luxury vehicles. BEYOND EXCELLENT SERVICE. They went above and beyond to make sure I didn't bend my rims bringing my car over. I called so many shops and they were the only to answer. A few years ago I brought my 2004 Nissan 350 Z to MAG to have dents removed and total repaint. They did a great job at a very fair price so when I was tboned a few weeks ago there was no question where to go. Armen and his crew made the car look like new and are a joy to deal with. About a month ago, parked on the world's largest parking lot - i.e. the 405 freeway - I was simply minding my business & in complete awe of my newly purchased Mercedes E350 Coupe when suddenly, without notice, BOOM!!! My awe of my pristine new Mercedes was suddenly turned into despair as someone collided into my dream car from the rear. I was left in shock and utter dismay... How could someone be so inconsiderate and ruin what I had worked so hard for - my now, not so beautiful Mercedes. I was convinced no one could return my car to its original shape. Well, I was wrong! A coworker of mine recommended that I take my car to Armen - owner of Multi Auto Group. At first, I was apprehensive because I had never heard of the place. Again, however, I was wrong. Upon arriving at their facility, I was relieved to see that all they worked on, for the most part, were high-end auto-mobilies. My initial reaction upon this observation was that they would be pretentious and over-priced. I couldn't have been more wrong! Armen was extremely accommodating; showed a great deal of concern for my incident and assured me that he and his team were not only the best in town but that they would have my car looking "better than new" in the most expeditious manner possible. All business make such assurances so I kind of took his word with a grain of salt. Low & behold, I stood corrected, yet again!!! They initially gave me a time line of 2 weeks but to my pleasant surprise, had my car looking pristine - as if nothing ever even happened - in 8 days. Talk about under promising & over delivering. It has been about 2 months now since that dreadful incident on "the parking lot," and I'm happy to report that, I, once-again, am in complete awe of my Beautiful New Mercedes Benz (as if nothing ever happened to begin with). And I couldn't be more than thankful to Armen & his team of professionals at MAG. If you're like me & trust your wheels only to the best, well, stop looking b/c you've found "the best" at MAG. I just happened to drive into this auto body shop to get an estimate for my car after a fairly minor accident. After speaking with Armen, and seeing how clean this extremely busy shop was, as well as how friendly and nice the other members of the shop were, I was convinced I wanted to leave my car with Armen. I was promised the work would be done and that some previous damage I had as well would be taken care of. My insurance company, Triple A, even told me this shop was highly respected. My car was completed within a week as promised. I can't say enough great things about how happy I was with the results. Everything had been fixed better than I could have imagined. Not only was the newly-acquired damage fixed, but everything else including a new tire was fixed / replaced and my car looked brand new. My experience at MAG couldn't have been any better. I took my car to MAG after being involved in an accident just a few weeks after purchasing my car. Armen and Mike were extremely friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. I would get daily updates via phone call or text as to where we are in regards to repairs. They helped me set up my rental and brought my car back to life in just 8 days. For the amount of damage that the car had, other shops told me it would take at least 2 weeks for the repairs to be done. The paint and body work came out perfect...like it never even happened. During the repairs, I asked Armen to send my wheels to powder coating and they came back with excellent paint and I couldn't be happier. Their state of the art facility is huge and always kept clean which is hard to find when it comes to body shops. A+ service & craftsmanship. I was referred to Armen at Multi Auto Group over 2 1/2 years ago, when I purchased my first Mercedes-Benz. I wanted to powder coat my wheels, tint my windows, and basically anything else I could do to my car. He was very helpful in helping me choose the correct tint, making sure I was taken care of quickly and not pay an exorbitant amount of money. I was so pleased with his work and the quickness about it also! I've brought three other cars to him in my time there (BMW's) and he's helped me quickly and efficiently every time.
