I had my Vinfast serviced here at Multi Auto Group is contracted by Repairwise for the repairs. Armen was wonderful in keeping me updated as the repairs were happening. My service was covered under warranty. I hope I won't have to see Armen and Multi Auto Group often but it is reassuring to know they are there. read more

I love this body shop! I don't have pictures of an accident I had before, but I always use them!! My insurance doesn't have them as a body shop, but I requested to use them! One year later and there is no where else I would take my car in the valley. I'd even drive to multi if I lived outside of the valley, they're that good! Very grateful to have found Arman, Mike, and their family. And they really do treat you like family there. In a city filled with unreliable and overpriced body shops, MAG is the best :) read more

These guys are phenomenal. I want to give a special thank you for Armen and the entire team for taking care of me and keeping me informed throughout the entire repair process. These guys are professional in every aspect and I recommend anyone with an exotic to take their car here! Especially with exotics , you need to take your car to a shop that actually knows what they are doing and what to look for - these guys do. I wanted a custom paint job with my bumper and these guys quite literally said 'say no more fam'. Big shoutout to these guys - there's a reason they are the best in the business. Once again - thank you Armen and the entire Team!! read more

I am a RETURN customer to Multi Auto Group after being referred to them for a collision repair a few years back by my highly respected insurer Amica. MAG is one of their preferred shops. This is an ATTENTIVE business that keeps you updated on your repair and provides QUALITY work, as evidenced by my insurer's referral. It is also a great place to go if you need other auto repairs done that do not involve insurance. It is a family owned business so the owners have flexibility to get things done at reasonable prices. I personally worked with Armen, but these are all good people and they keep you updated and meet reasonable deadline expectations. In a neighborhood with lots of other body shops, this one stands out. Strong recommendation from this returning customer. read more

This place was truly amazing. And Armen was so helpful. I had a broken mirror on the passenger side, took it in 5 minutes after calling them and explaining what happened, and not even an hour later I had my car back and fixed up! Had a large scratch on my car that needed to be fixed up and painted. Every other place I went gave me crazy estimates, and when I spoke with Armen here at multi auto group he assured me they could take care of me with the most unreal price! This place is amazing! I was at the gym the other day and got my bumper stuck on a rolled up piece of grass turf as I was parking. It ripped the lower bumper and skid plate out. After talking with a fellow gym goer it was suggested that I hit up Armen at Multi Auto Group. I took the car over to him and he let me know what repairs would be needed and items replaced. Ultimately, I asked if they could just affix the bumper back in place and he did it free of charge. The customer service here is fantastic and they just found themselves a new life-long customer. read more

Took my 2017 S550e in to get my rims touched up. Came by without an appointment and was able to get scheduled the very next day. Whole process took about 30 minutes and they did an amazing job! I had interactions with both brothers that own the place and they are so unbelievably nice. Mechanics are known to try to screw you over but the vibe I got from them was that they were sincerely honest and hard working people! I definitely recommend this place for your car needs! read more

WOW! George, Mike and Armen are the most amazing people! I took my Mercedes CLK 55 AMG (a collector's car) here for some body work and a new convertible top after several other shops either gave me outrageously high quotes or simply couldn't do the work. When I got there, I realized I was in the right place not only because of all the high-end cars there, but because of the warm, friendly and attentive greeting I got. While I won't give the price, I was shocked at how low it was compared to the other shops. Originally, they said they couldn't repair the badly damaged bumper which had cracks, tears and had been completely inverted by a parking bump when I backed out. Yes, that was painful... But after being unable to locate a used part and seeing that a new one would cost over $2K, they magically... and I mean MAGICALLY repaired the bumper to look like absolute new. All other shops said it couldn't be salvaged. Additionally, my new convertible top fits perfectly and doesn't leak. The car looks brand new again and it only took a week. It is obvious that they love cars. The prices are great! The work is impeccable and they are really, really nice people. Do yourself a favor and don't mess around with other places. Just go to Multi Auto Group. I wish I had found them first. I would have saved a lot of time. Thanks guys!!!!! read more

When the infamous question arises "Oshin, do you have any suggested body shops" I use to clench . There are so many, so called "body shops" silicifying the Los Angeles region . Only a hand full can be trusted . Multi Auto Group being the once to trust . It a vastly growing , family operated operation from George , Mike , and Armen . They deal the unfortunate incidents , like accidents , and are involved with all types of insurance companies to cover your car. Also, they do have a rather large history of custom tailoring cars . From, BMW's to Mercedes, as well as exotics . I have been dealing Multi Auto Group for a few years now , and have never been disappointed . Definitely my recommendation read more

Used MAG for a small dent/hole on the bumper of my previous vehicle. From start to finish, Armen was kind, helpful and accommodating. As this was my first time using them, my main concern was that I'd have problems at the lease end inspection but they informed me they actually do work for Keyes Merc (and many other dealerships) and do excellent work. Pricing was competitive and in line with other estimates I got. Very happy with the experience and have already recommended them to others. read more

So glad to have found this place!!! It's so nice to find people who are truly out to help you and not just take your money. They have awesome customer service and always answered or returned all my calls and thousands of questions. They fixed a Mercedes that was hit by a drunk driver and a Hyundai that got totaled by a tree of mine. Both very frustrating situations but they were able to turn things around in a much more positive perspective for me. Even when I had issues with my insurance company and rental car issues they made phone calls that got everything situated! Hoping I never get in a car crash again but God forbid for some reason I do they are my #1 pick!!! read more

I was referred to Armen at Multi Auto Group after being or at least try to be overcharged at a very close competitor. Upon arrival I was greeted by Armen and he gave me an estimate that was 1/3 of the other estimates. Normally, you get what you pay for is correct, but in this case I paid less and got excellent work and it was on time. Go figure! Why would anyone pay more and get the same of less quality of work. Thank you Armen and the people at Multi Auto Group for making my daughter happy again to get her Mercedes back in perfect condition. I would highly recommend Multi Auto Group to anyone that needs Auto repair needs in the future. Chris O'Connell 1st US Merchant Services read more

I took my 2000 Ford Explorer in because the hinges on the tailgate window weren't screwed in anymore. After numerous calls to different places I came here!!! Armen was so awesome!!! They fixed the hinges by just adding screws, nuts and bolts. Took no time at all and the absolute very best part was he didn't charge me anything!!! It didn't matter It wasn't a Mercedes or Lamborghini they didn't treat me any different with my old SUV. Very nice and honest people work here!!! I will always come to them for any problem I have!!! Thank you so much Armen and crew!!! FYI I'm now at the junkyard getting my window tailgate lock replaced!!! I really appreciate you all!!! Crystal V. read more

For the longest time I have been searching for a reliable body shop that I can trust to take my car. After years of searching I finally came across Multi Auto Group a few months ago. I have been very pleased with their fast and efficient work. My husband had gotten into a car accident and MAG was able to repair all the damages in about 2 weeks. They have excellent customer service and communication with their clients. Their attention to detail is impeccable. I will be bringing my cars to MAG from now on and I will continue referring them to all my friends. read more

This is a body shop you can trust. They do tons of work for Mercedes Benz and lots of other high end cars. It's a family owned business and they treat you like part of the family. I had my 2014 e class badly keyed and when it was done, it was back to factory condition. The process was seamless and time efficient. When I arrived for the first time I was met with a hand shake from Armen and given a tour of the facility. He was always reachable and professional. Lots of body shops promise good work and deliver sub par, this is not the case at multi auto group. read more

I cannot speak HIGHLY enough about this auto body shop and particularly its owners. Having an accident or issue with your car is bad enough, so as we all know the last thing ANYONE needs is to be swindled at a body shop. If you are like me and want to avoid that, this is your body shop! The owners truly care about you and your car, and give you the best service EVER. I just had an accident where they not only fixed the impact area, but they also took it upon themselves to fix other dents without me even asking and for FREE! Not to mention my car came out looking FLAWLESS and just as it did the day I took it off the dealership lot. This is not my first time taking a car into this body shop. My previous car had 4 different accidents, and each time they took care of me and made my car look equally flawless as if they are my own family members. Best of all, they are the most reasonably priced body shop as well! I guarantee you will not find a better body shop anywhere in California let alone in Los Angeles for your luxury vehicles. I wish they allowed for 10 stars on Yelp. This place is truly the best! read more

Great guys and excellent auto body work. Valet had dented the roof of my G-wagon, pretty badly, the paint was a custom paint as well. They made my car look brand new again. I couldn't be more pleased with how efficiently they took care of the repair. Thank you so much. Highly recommended business! read more
