I'm going to cut to the chase, one of the best burgers I've ever had, and I eat a lot of burgers. Cooked to perfection (MR), juicy but not soak the bun juicy. Well seasoned and the best was the the outdoor gas grill cooked taste. I know everyone uses indoor gas grills to cook, but this had that outdoor cooked taste. It's been a while since I had one this good and this likely is in the top 5 ever. Fries were excellent too. Wife had a club sandwich which she raved about, and she is hard to please. Lots of seating both inside and out on the patio. I do know this place is packed on the weekends especially. It's been about 4 years since I had been here, I will be back much, much sooner. My hubby and I stopped after I got off work yesterday on our way home for something to eat. It was our first time there and we were actually pretty impressed. We had always heard such great things about this place and I'm glad we finally decided to give it a try. We got the Buffalo Chicken Dip, Mozzarella Sticks and the Pepperoni and Cheese Eggrolls as appetizers. They were all amazingly good, the only thing I will say is I was a little disappointed when they came out and I saw they weren't full sized eggrolls. They were cut in half long ways on a diagonal. Still very good with the marinara sauce, but I was not expecting that as the menu did not say that they came that way. For entrees my hubby got the Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap with chips and I got the Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos with chips and salsa. The tacos were nothing short of amazing! The only thing about his is that he wished it was actual diced chicken breast in the wrap instead of chicken tenders. We LOVED how what felt like everyone kept checking on us to make sure we didn't need anything and with service like that we definitely didn't! All in all it was a very pleasant experience and we will definitely be returning and may be bringing some of our friends with us. read more

Food is very unimpressive and warrants a 2 star review. The third star is for the very good draft specials they ran during a Browns preseason game and the bands that they usually have playing on the weekends. Food: Chicken paprikas was too creamy (think cream of chicken soup). Cajun chicken sandwich (small piece of chicken, no real taste), sweet chili chicken wrap (ehh), and chicken Parmesan sandwich (dry fried chicken pieces) were all barely adequate. Fries seemed frozen, rather than fresh. Chips were pretty good and well seasoned. I have had their pizza before and it isn't bad. The only reason I'm not leaving a 1 star review is because of the awesome bartender Ashley. She is awesome! Other than that, I used to come here regularly. The last 3 times I have had service related issues. Whether it not being greeted at the front for a table and having to leave or because of rude/inattentive service when I do get a table. The drinks are good here but it is simply not worth being treated so poorly on a consistent basis. It is ALWAYS busy and there is not enough parking. When talking to the manager after the most recent bad experience, she pretty much defended the rude service from one of the bartenders. I've really lost all hope here which is unfortunate because I used to be considered a regular. read more

Went here to watch the CLE Indians game on last Sunday night. No one to seat you, just seat yourself. When finally noticed, the waitress took our drink order and did get us the drinks. Since we don't go here very much, we took our time to look at menu. Waitress came by again and we said we needed a few minutes. She never came back. After sitting through one whole inning of the baseball game without seeing any staff. (And my husband kept getting up to try to locate the waitress) we just got up and walked out. We live close to this place so we decided to try it one night. We ordered their fried pickles and a few cocktails that were pretty good. The burger my husband ordered was supposed to be medium rare and instead came back well done. We sat at the bar because the rest of the restaurant was full and boy was that a mistake. There were some really loud and drunk adults on the other end of the bar and kept screaming and hollering not making any sense. The food was fine, and the prices seemed fair. We went to Mulligans for the Halloween Party, the only thing that was scary was the lack of service! We were planning on loading up on some appetizers but the waiter/waitresses were busy sitting around. When we were getting up to leave some waiter came over and said you guys all right? No drinks, no food oh sure we're fine! We waited almost 40 minutes trying to get a server's attention and the contest was already over and there were plenty of tables open but very dirty. After reading reviews and looking at the menu we thought we'd give Mulligans a try. The food was just ok, Onion soup had more soggy croutons in it than onions, but overall, the meal was,as they say,"nothing to write home about". But the main reason I am only giving this review a one star is that the Manager had a snippy attitude when we questioned why we didn't receive the "chips" that are supposed to come with our sandwich order. We knew there would be a $3.00 upcharge, but what we didn't know or were not told is that that they charge you extra and take away an item you should have received. BEWARE!!, if you want a different side, just order it off the back of the menu, it's $3.00 if you add it as a substitution you will pay an additional $3.00 and get less. This is off the menu: SANDWICHES All sandwiches are served with homemade chips and a pickle spear. Add our signature french onion dip for 75¢ or substitute any side for $3. I came here on a Sunday to watch the Indians game and we had good service and good food. While the food is nothing to write home about it wasn't bad by any means- just average. On Sundays during the Brown's games they have $2.50 25oz domestic beers! What a steal deal! I ordered a grilled cheese with potato chips while my boyfriend ordered the corned beef wrap and fries. It's just o.k. Summary: Talky bartenders (they talk more to themselves than attend to anticipating your empty beer glass. Food got better and now average. This place has never been about great selection of current craft beers. The usual Guinness, DORMUNDER GOLD, etc. You know the drill. Go anywhere else and have more fun. If I could give less than one star I would. Do not waste time or money here. I have given it two chances and both times the food was horrible. I asked waitress most recently if fish tacos (which menu just says mahi mahi...nothing about how it's cooked or tortilla type) were served on corn tortillas. Yes! She declares without hesitation. They arrive to me on flour. Other waitress says to me when I pointed out these are not corn like other waitress said they would be and she says "oh....well the tortilla chips are." A. Know your menu (and its limitations). B. The fish was fried and horrible. You should list on your menu that it's breaded. These are not fish tacos but a McDonalds fish filet coated in nasty sauce and passed off as Mexican. Don't get me started on the fake sangria. It's not even close to Sangria. Mulligans is a cool spot for locals. They have a cute sitting area outside perfect to enjoy a cool brew. They do have have a full bar and covered outside dinning with plenty of seats and servers to accommodate. Ask, keep in mind that in the winter they have the ability to close in the outdoor seating and have industrial sized heaters so you're still able to enjoy the outdoor area. They also have indoor seating as well. We ordered a gyro, chicken philly cheese steak, and a mushroom burger. Everything came out together and was fresh and tasty. I ordered a Moscow Mule which was made to perfection. This place has a very relaxed vibe and you can tell that it's very popular with the locals as the place was packed. We were told that on a weekend night the wait will be out the door, so warning if you're coming on a weekend come early to get a spot! I've been here on a few occasions, and they do have a lot of televisions for the Cleveland teams' games, as well as some of the Crushers and the semi-pro teams as well. The food is quite delicious, and they always seem to have drink & food specials too. The biggest complaint that I have I guess, if you're a single guy or a group of guys, sit at the bar, and the young barmaids will flirt to no end (obviously to get a bigger tip), and that's not an issue, I would as well, but they take away from couples and mixed groups that are there as well, and they are neglected as a result. read more

Worst bar experience in a long time, to be honest. I came in with a few friends after a wedding in the area so we were all dressed up and wanted some drinks and snacks. We got there around 11:30, and there was still a a band playing and maybe 20 or so people in the bar. We ordered drinks and a few appetizers which was your basic fried stuff, nothing special and sat at a table across from the bar as we were expecting a few more people. After we ordered round 2, my friend heard one bartender say to the other that "this group is gonna be here all f****** night". So she confronted him and he got all defensive, and apologized but as a bartender should you want people out drinking?! Shortly after while we were hanging out a worker came out from the kitchen, presumably for a smoke break or something, and while he walked past us he grabbed my friends arm and told her she looked beautiful, when she said thank you, he said "No, like really beautiful" and walked away. They announce that they will not be your only server from the get-go, but it's still something to get used to.
