Another really great plus about this place is that Travis, a good friend of mine, has done a great service to The Woodman's Head by introducing Deep Fried Pickles(!!!!) to their menu. I know that dill pickles aren't everyone's cup of tea, but hear me out. When they are sliced thinly, deep fried in batter and dipped in Travis's magical Ranch Sauce (I realize that sounded vaguely pervy), it's sooooo good.
