A fun course with great landscaping and scenery. A great way to spend an evening outdoors. We highly recommend it.

Great experience for the whole family! We always go back every summer and we try to reuse our cards…read moretoo. They have skill based games, luck based games, and games where you have to practice and focus. Not every game at the arcade gives you a reward. Some of the machines are claw machines and you don't always get the prize. You can get a lot of tickets by playing the games and get cool prizes. There are two levels in this arcade- Downstairs includes: skill and luck based games (claw machines, skee ball, racing, basketball, ring toss, etc), the restaurant, rest rooms, and prize redemption center. Upstairs has the classic 80s arcade games that DO NOT give you any tickets for prizes. You can't play any arcade games without an arcade card. Most games cost between 2-8 credits. There are three machines near the center of the arcade outside the prize redemption center where you can purchase a card. We like to purchase one card per person so everyone can choose their own games and prizes. You can reload the cards as needed. The more money you add at one time yields more play credits. You can also check your remaining card balance on these machine. There is a seperate machine to reveal your ticket balance before heading into the prize redemption center. They have the items organized by value so you can focus your attention to the items that are only within your point limit. They have plenty of candy and little fidget items to ensure you redeem every point earned. They also have more expensive items like fake jewelry, dolls, and stuffed animals. The staff is extremely helpful but the arcade can get very busy during peak season. Visiting in the mid-morning or mid-afternoon tends to have fewer people. Parking can be difficult near the pier but there is a paid lot behind the arcade and free street parking out front.

I got hot dogs which were yummy all beef. My wife got a cheeseburger which she said tasted like kangaroo meat. I have no idea when she ever ate kangaroo but that's the score.

Very hard review due to the mixed feelings I have about this place. My first impression was over…read morethe phone when I asked about check in time I was told it is 3pm and if you want to check in before it is an additional 25 dollar fee, seriously? yes even if the site is available, ok so what do I do if my GPS takes me there and arrive at 2:40 and she said you still have to pay the 25 dollar fee or you can wait at a nearby Walmart. Gave me the impression that is not a customer friendly campground. I wasn't given the discount because I didn't ask for it, no refunds after the site has been reserved, no credits either. Upon arrival we were waiting to be checked in behind a Class A rig by the gate house and due to the size of the Class A I could not read the tiny sign indicating that if there was nobody at the gate to come inside, finally when that rig moved I realized I had to go inside, another 5 or six minutes wasted after 3pm no big deal but it adds up to my initial disconformity. The place is huge! I have never been to a campground with over 1000 sites not one hundred but one thousand! Very hard water but that is not their fault, city water. Got to our site and it looks ok but but but it is not concrete and it is not gravel, it is a combination of dirt sand and leaves. That tells me the site may have been vacant for several days and the 25 dollar fee is not even justified because I am not rushing employees to clean up the site that just became available the day of my arrival. Dirt and sand, no problem as long as there is no rain because I brought my 14 X 14 rug but guess what it rained all day the day before our departure and it was a bit of a mess even if we take our shoes off inside the coach. We didn't partake in any of the amenities available like the water park and the corn hole etc because of the convention we were attending here and BTW the facility we were given was very nice to accommodate about 80 plus of us. I take one star for the fact that my site wasn't quite level and for the dirt, it is not even gravel for goodness sake. I wouldn't call it a resort unless every site was concrete Would I come back? Yes just because the beach right there a few feet from the sites that are closest to the Information Center where we gather every day for our conference. It turns out they give a discount but they won't offer it to you unless you ASK for it and because I didn't ask at the time I booked they refused to refund because it is run by a corporation with dozens and tens of dozens of employees. Inclined to take two stars but because I had a great time with our new friends at the convention I am leaving this place very happy and wishing to come back when it is not raining ALL DAY with a bloody mess on my shoes with all the dirt and sand. Water park inside for the youngins but the dirt and sand prevents me from calling a five star resort but a four star campground

We stopped by while out sightseeing for a snack and beverage. We sat at the bar where Macy welcomed us in and gave us the story of the change from Voodoo to Gator. (Great story, thanks Macy). We ordered the pretzel and the fried pickles. Both were awesome. It's hard to do 1/4 cut fried pickles, but this place does it well. Very well laid out floor plan. No matter where you sat, you could watch any of the TV's. If you're out and about, stop in and tell Macy we sent you.

It was chicken cooked in a saucepan in seasoning because it had a lot of liquid with it. Not grilled chicken. Came with salsa and sour cream. My kids got the kids grilled cheese and kids pizza with French fries. They both loved their meals. My daughter is particular about her pizza and they cooked it just how she liked it. It was thin crust. We also got the nacho with beer cheese appetizer. It was nice all the toppings came in containers for you to add to your liking. The beer cheese was really good. If you are a ranch lover, their ranch is excellent. Tuesdays they play music bingo in the bar/restaurant so it is very crowded/loud. We did play a round and it was fun but too difficult to keep up with the game with an 8 and 11 year old. The crowd made service a little slower. But we would definitely come again!
